Well, if you had multiple accounts I’m guessing you’re in breach of the terms so actually the money on that account can be void under the breach. So the fact they’ve offered to return it to you is quite the goodwill gesture. Our complaints team can’t help you when you breached the terms unfortunately.

@Icy sorry now I’m catching up. So are you saying this game does not display bet history at all? Just seen what live chat said that’s it’s not available. Can you confirm this please? If this is the case then I will need the provider to validate the win. They chose this game to be included but did not make me aware there was no bet history. Can you not find a record of it at all?

I don’t have the full list as the provider is distributing them based on your country but I believe Amazon is an option. Unfortunately there are some restrictions, I have tried my hardest to bring these list of restricted countries as small as possible though.
