Not surprised at all seeing how our Content team handled your suggest-an-edit request. In fact, that was the only correct way since we work with what's written within casino's terms and conditions after all. Strongly encourage you to be patient enough and wait till the "De Kansspelautoriteit" investigation (which should be allegedly started by now as per your own words) is over and you have their official statement on the matter. -
Most welcome! My answers to your additional questions/feedback as follow: Again, not forbidden by the rules, meaning allowed. You should never underestimate the intelligence of our members though, totally convinced 99.99% of them would be able to navigate perfectly fine via the ocean of reviews some brands here have and separate wheat from chaff in a matter of nanoseconds. Agree that this ain't a good practice, especially after seeing your own revelations here. ? Still, our policies would allow the owner of a review to request its removal and I truly fail to find a single reason why would anyone reject to comply with such a request if it's coming from the content's creator directly and accompanied with the relevant reasons. Pay attention this is only possible with reviews and absolutely forbidden for AGCCS. Once a case is being accepted, processed and published there is NO way anyone could remove it, including the 'incentivized' complainant. Cannot share such info with you or anyone else outside the team of course, but rest assured we are doing all the relevant cross-checks whenever deemed necessary. Sincerely hope all is clear now.

Hmm, truly surprised to see such a response from eCOGRA simply because they are trying to apply in your case exactly the same strategy they are using on UKGC licensed casinos. Which should not be the case of course... Anyway, time for you to forward the matter in front of MGA directly - https://www.mga.org.mt/support/online-gaming-support/ I suppose you'll have to arm yourself with patience though as the speed of their dispute process is several times slower than AGCCS. Yes, Afi, heard this "theory" many times from many different members here and there, but still don't believe in it. The thing is casino operators do not possess the technology or the software tools that would allow them to influence the RTP over a specific game round and/or game session. It is the gaming provider itself which could have hypothetical control over the game round/session and no one else. And while I have no doubt some unscrupulous operators would gladly use such an opportunity had they ever put their hand on such a tool, hope you would agree that common sense suggests no gambling software company management within their right mind would ever afford to do that for the obvious reasons. After all, let's not forget all they need to do to make some hefty profit at the end of the day is simply waiting for the spins to come, one spin after another, one cent after another, drop by drop... ? -

Totally the opposite experience here lately.... Almost impossible to wager successfully any of the bonuses I'm using over the last couple of months but had more than a dozen hefty withdrawals from clean deposits at the same time. Go figure it out... It's all luck after all. ? -

Hi @jwholland, Let me address all your concerns regarding AskGamblers Leave-A-Review feature. "Positive reviews processed faster than the negative ones" - Wrong! Player reviews are processed on the first come first served basis. There is a delay in processing recent reviews though as the entire AG Team attended team building even in the Catena Media (parent company) headquarters in Malta for the last 4 days. "AskGamblers is ( to my believe) a player driven review site" - Correct to some extend. Leaving a review is a very important aspect of our operations indeed, but just a small portion of all the services we offer to our customers after all. You, as a regular AGCCS user for example, should be well in aware of that. "Players submitting reviews immediately after joining AG" - Not forbidden by the AG Terms and/or AG Posting Guidelines. Don't really see any valid reason why we shall prevent newly registered players from doing that in the future. "seems that allot of published negative reviews. or complaints, are deleted" - Wrong! Hope you make the difference between "not accepted" and "deleted" as this is exactly what we do with both player reviews and complaints. If a review/complaint is not accepted then submitter is being notified by an email for the exact reason of why their feedback is being rejected. "Not showing deleted reviews, or reason for deleting, result in a clear biased review" - Again misunderstanding the concept of how we handle player reviews and complaints. Now when you know we do not "delete" but "reject" instead hope you realize your suggestion sounds absurd. "Same review posted under different/same casino" - Blatant violation of AG Posting Guidelines and not allowed of course! We are rejecting hundreds of these on a monthly basis but impossible to be 100% sure we didn't miss some slipping under our radar. Please, whenever you spot such obvious violations, report to [email protected] or via Live chat or send me a PM, whatever suits you best and we will take care immediately! In the meantime, will personally review your screenshots and reject any of the reviews found to be in violation of our guidelines. And finally, yes, we are not perfect and never claimed to be, but unlike so many others around claiming to be whatnot for players, AskGamblers is giving you the unique opportunity to make sure your voice is reaching other players via so many different channels such as Review, AGCCS, Forum, etc... Including yours, @jwholland ?

Thanks for sharing Sharon Seems like the loyalty scheme will be available to customers from certain countries only, I got their email too about removing USD, GBP and PLN currencies and the no-fee EUR conversions but not a word about any loyalty points, etc. Anyway, that 'new' loyalty scheme is actually the good, old Neteller scheme. -
