  1. Quit watching streamers long, long , long time ago @Flatzem. Too much hassle determining which one is playing and losing his real money and who's been paid to advertise the relevant operator in a frankly speaking idiotic way (20, 50, even 100 EUR bets per spin... )
  2. Oh, thank you so much ladies for reminding me about one of the greatest moments of my gambling ever!
  3. You will be surprised to know how many online players adore playing RTG slots actually. In fact, Cool Cat, Planet 7 and all alike have chosen the predefined RTG set with highest RTP and they have indeed an incredible amount of big winners! This is confirmed by the average disputed amount for their complaints opposed to all the others (non US friendly operators) which is approximately 5 times higher. Having all the above in mind, please pay attention to the fact that their AGCCS success rate is above 90% which is again an incredible stat for casinos operating from unknown location and under unknown license.
  4. Hey there dear @blondie! Happy to hear from you again! Shame it didn't get quite well with your adventure in Malta, but hey, have no doubts you will succeed eventually! Heads up! In the meantime, more than welcome to spend here any of your free time.
  5. Oh man, I wish being one of those 'slot champions' you are referring to, but afraid this is certainly not the case. If you read some of my oldest posts you'll quickly realize I've been suffering exactly the same gambling cycles of up and down just like any other ordinary online punter out there. So many of these monster hits you saw at the mega wins thread ended up as a complete bust due to another so gambler-typical sin called greed. And so on and so on... Bottom line, it all changed a few years ago when I put some strict rules to my gambling such as monthly budget ($500) and more realistic min withdrawal thresholds (used to be $500 min and above, now happy to request even $200 withdrawal coming from a $100 deposit). Must admit all this brought back most of the slot enjoying back.
  6. Yes mate, but it's still 211 and 263 times more than most of us are used to get from Yggdrasil slots anyway.
  7. Who said Play'N Go slots winning potential is no longer present?... Huh, wasn't it me who said that?! Here's irrefutable proof that PNG 'crawling internet AI bot ver 1.00009999' is 'seeing and hearing' all!
  8. ...Or simply waiting for the next Friday 'done with slots' session on... slots again. Seriously mate, whatever you have decided to do, the least could do is to wish you good luck!
  9. It's been an age since we have last seen an Yggdrasil winner here (let alone one posted by me ) so here we are ladies and gents! Happy to present Age of Asgard and these proof for its really great winning potential.
  10. Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers Forum. While I certainly have zero trust in any of the countless winning strategies/recipes we have seen over the years I would like to use the occasion and give you two simple yet proven advice: - using any additional software and/or hardware tool while playing in an online casino is a sure recipe for a disaster or in other words, prepare to get all your winnings confiscated as soon as the operator finds our about you're using bot (and they will surely will, believe me); - prepare to suffer significant financial losses until your winning strategy proves itself as working, if that ever happens of course.
  11. Well, must admit you 'sound' as the typical problem gambler so really hope you have already taken the relevant course of actions to fight with it. Re the issue in question, I guess you are pretty much in a limbo here with ADRs refusing to handle SE/RG issues and UKGC refusing to handle individual player disputes. Not sure if any third-party mediation service such as our AGCCS for example would also agree to process the case since we talk about detailed analysis on whether specific UKGC LCCP stipulations have been properly implemented and sanctioned by the operator which is almost mission impossible to say the least... Sincerely hope you will receive some feedback from the UKGC any time soon and they will provide some/any resolution.
  12. Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers Forum. Check your email, you should have received automatically generated email notification as soon as you requested the disputed withdrawal via the casino interface. Also, no better source for info but the relevant casino team themselves.
  13. Hey there and welcome to AskGamblers Forum. Well, the only adequate source of info regarding the eCOGRA complaints process is the ADR itself of course so you'd better forward your questions and/or possible concerns to them directly. Still, what I know from our experience handling player disputes is that sometimes the affected casino operator might take certain actions (such as contacting the complainant for example) prior the ADR announced their decision.
  14. Hey there and welcome to AskGamblers Forum. A lot about self-exclusion in UK has already been said and discussed in our forum, so no need to repeat same things all over again. All you need to do is to use the search option and type 'self-exclusion'... Good luck.
  15. As you can see Free spins feature could be just as brutal as basic game and even beyond..
  16. Hi there @Stevenrr and welcome to AskGamblers Forum. Have two really simply questions prior giving you my two cents... How exactly UKGC 'engaged' with this particular issue considering the fact they usually do not handle individual player disputes? What would have happened had you won big while playing with these huge best? Thanks.
  17. Here's another 'beauty' which I had the extreme honor to enjoy during last weekend. This time Thunderkick and their Divine Lotus...
  18. Oh man, what a beauty! Congrats Afi-san and hey, spend it wisely!
  19. Oh man! I can assure you no one here would even think of 'laugh and joke' when it comes to problem gambling, especially me! Maybe you should take another look at the topics listed under my signature and read the simple guide I wrote for problem gamblers so many years ago... As for the rest, I believe that you have already been super adequately advised by Mr P what you could do from here and how to do it. Good luck and keep us posted.
  20. Okay, have just glanced at the casino terms and here we go: Your chance of getting ANY refund is 50/50 imho... Unfortunately, the chance of getting your winnings confiscated due to usage of a payment method which is not registered under your own name (as per your own explanations so far) is now close to zero.
  21. Hey there and welcome to AskGamblers. Please keep in mind I have just edited your forum title - no way you could call any operator 'a liar' prior proving it. Considering the nature of the described issue, strongly encourage you to consider the idea of using AGCCS /AskGamblers Casino complaints Service/. More about how to use it here. Also, don't forget to read carefully all the AGCCS Guidelines and make sure to adhere to them. For more information how to use AGCCS, please visit our Knowledge Base. Using AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service Let us know in case you need further assistance.
  22. Yes of course, you are free to use AGCCS again, just make sure to comply with the recommendations left by AskGamblers Complaints Team.
  23. As far as I know that's impossible. And please, let's stop with the 'shocking announcements' from your end until you get some response from @Team_Videoslots. Doubt there is anyone in this or any other major gambling forum that would doubt in VS even for a sec, so chill out...
  24. Hey there @quejoo Have just reviewed both rejected complaints and must admin the decision taken by our Complaints Team was totally correct. The first of your complaints lacks any real facts - no detailed information about the disputed offer, no additional info about the relevant offer terms, nothing... The second one contains the offer text but that is all - again missing offer terms, again no additional info such as screenshots from the emails you might have already exchanged with the operator in regards of the issue... In fact, your forum posts contains more information than both your complaints combined which is really ridiculous and comes to prove you simply failed to read carefully what AGCCS means and how you are supposed to use it.
  25. Hey there, Round ID usually stands for the unique number identifying the particular game round/bet. Serves for tracking down activity where and if necessary, especially when an issue occurs.
