Dear players, Recently I filed an official complaint to Trada Casino, with consisted of me requesting proof of Dutch licensing, ad they stated there license allows players from Holland. It recently came to my attention that Tradagames does not have dutch licensing, and are actively breaking dutch law by advertising and offering money play to dutch players, and deposits methods only available in holland ( IDEAL) Initial respons from casino: Its your own responsibility. This obviously cannot be the case as they false make the impression they have dutch licensing, which is not the case, making their operation ILLEGAL in holland. Asking simple question: why are for instance players from Italy and Belgium actively blocked from making an account / playing with money ( as they are not allow to offer this service by local legislation) I got no answer... Instead they blocked my account without any notification or giving a reason, confiscated funds on the account. Why is it so hard to anwser simple question? I've addressed this problem to the licensing body ( Jersey Gambeling commission). And are filing charges against individuals involved, as they think ignoring a player with legit questions, that should be no problem to answer is the way forward. Persons for now will be : < Casino representative names removed > So people watch out for playing at Trada Casino, if you ask the wrong questions: you will be banned and funds confiscated!!

I have been scammed by a casino that is not listed on askgamblers (Bet it all), but want to know if I can add it here on askgamblers to warn others? The casino is unfortunately not listed on askgamblers for reviews, so is there a way to add it? Also, is there anything I can do as a player for a Curacao registered casino? The background is that I made an honest deposit and played 100% slots in line with the terms and conditions. After I won over 1000 euros for the first time they just shut my account although it was 100% fair play. They could not give a reason, just that management decided not to pay out. With a lot of experience playing I can with certainty say this is a rouge casinos scamming others, so I would like to warn other, but dont know how to do it.

Hey everyone, I know Casino1 Club has come up on here before, and received mixed reviews... I received a 400% bonus offer for them in my email today and decided to give them a try after seeing they had Dead or Alive available, and carefully studying the terms and conditions to make sure I would be able to play it with my bonus... Absolute disaster. As soon as I made my deposit all of the NetEnt games disappeared from the site and all I could open was GameArt slots. The live chat representative, "Adam" was totally dismissive, I told him "These games are terrible!" and he simply said: "Well that is all that's available. Have a good day!" and closed the chat!!! I asked him to point out where it was stated in the terms and conditions that only GameArt slots can be played with bonus funds - he couldn't show me, because it isn't stated. But it further turns out that UK players are not able to play pretty much any of their games anyway!! I feel completely ripped off, I asked for my deposit to be returned but was told it was not possible because I had taken a bonus. What would other players here do in this situation? I'm tempted to report it as fraud to my bank but I don't want to end up on any blacklists or anything outrageous like that. I know I should probably just take it as a lesson, but as an experienced gambler who asked all the right questions, read all of the terms and conditions thoroughly before putting my money in... I feel like I just got mugged. It really seems no different to me? And those games really ARE terrible. The minimum coin size on all of them is 0.10 meaning you have to bet 0.90 to 3.00 per spin MINIMUM, and despite trying around five of them I never won more than 3x my stake and went bust within minutes. I'm totally disgusted.

Good evening everyone,we unfortunately had chance to see our member hajrih post tonight in ChitChatt thread telling about crappy rules! Yet another player frustrated and what is very important, another lost customer! I know many would not agree with me,but I strongly believe that only exelance can bring long term success no matter what business we are talking about and I dont think, its cool loosing your customers. Tonight, we are talking about 10Bet Casino and their rules so let me say first, it took me like five minutes to find this rule and it was not easy at all. You are all welcome to post your comments! Thank you! BEWARE of 7spins CASINO. BLACKLISTED. This is not a complaint. This is a warning ! I played at this casino a several times since 2010 and lost $1400 during that period. During that period, I constantly received unbelievable offers and free chips. I recently decided to take a $750 free chips which I had to play 99 times. I made the playthrough requirements and won $3000. When I asked about the winnings, a condescending customer representative told me that my winnings were limited to $200 and that I had to make another deposit within the next 5 days if I wanted to claim that gain, stating that they were not a charity organisation and treating me like garbage. Even if I already purchased $1400 of chips before, I had to make another deposit. That was true. Those terms and conditions were real. They were written in small letters somewhere on their site. So, I am not saying this is a violation of T&C’s. I am saying that the T&C’s are abusive and meant only to make you deposit more money that you will eventually lose. I double checked casino reviews to see that they were BLACKLISTED on several review sites for: refusal and delayed payments, unjustified freeze of accounts, documents verification issues, unwilling to discuss players complaints, rude customer service, unresponsive customer service, live chat constantly offline, dead unsubscribe link, etc. This is just a terrible casino. Don’t put your money there. JUST BEWARE.

Hi all, Last week I discovered a major flaw in Casino Cruise's bonus system that could result in unsuspecting players having large winnings forfeited through no fault of their own. I raised my concerns with casino support and management 7 days ago, and have not received a satisfactory resolution as yet, and given how serious the issue is, this isn't good enough, hence I felt that all players should now be warned. I recommend no one play at this casino until the bonus system is fixed, as some poor player could lose thousands with the current system. The best way to explain what happens is by posting my original email to support and their response. My email: Hi, A little while ago I spoke to support about my balance suddenly disappearing mid play when I still had approximately $0.60c in my account. I was told that this happened because the bonus is canceled once the bonus balance drops below 0.80c. I thought this was very unfair, as anything can still happen in a few spins at a min bet, and 0.80c is still enough for a few last spins. I was told nothing could be done and this was the rules. Well, this process has just ripped me off $5.59. I know it's not much, but on principle this rule is highly flawed, and all your customers need to be informed. I'll explain what just occurred : I was playing Tornado Farm when on my last spin at 0.80c stake, I hit the feature and won $5.55. Great right? Wrong, because at the time of my last spin my balance was only $0.84. Meaning, when the feature ended and returned to the base game, my balance was showing as $0.04c, and to the right of this my 'Won' balance was showing as $5.55, however the winnings were not credited to my total balance. At first I thought the game had froze so I reloaded it, and this time my winnings from the feature had disappeared all together. I tried loading another slot, but the winnings still weren't in my balance. So what happen to the feature winnings of $5.55? We're they canceled out because of your flawed bonus system? If so, this isn't right, as it highlights a massive flaw in the system if you hit a feature on your last spin like I have. Please investigate. Casino Cruise Response: We hope this email finds you well. I'm happy to inform you that we received an answer from our technical department about your case. They say that your last win was considered a "Bonus Late Win". Even though you won the last round, until the round was settled, the balance was already forfeited. Therefore even if you won the round, the winning from that round were forfeited as well. This is how the system is setup and how the Bonus late win system works. Thank you for your patience and understanding on this matter! Feel free to contact us at any time for any question that you might have. Our Casino Hosts will be more than happy to assist. We look forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely, Casino Host CasinoCruise Support My final response: Thanks for getting back to me Rachel. I'm sorry, but I consider this ridiculous, and regardless of how your system works, this is essentially stealing a players winnings when you really have no right to. I have been playing at sites such as Betat and Guts for a long time, and I have never ever experienced anything like this regarding your 'bonus system', whereby a players winnings can be stolen when they still had funds in their account. This is what rogue casinos do. I'm sorry, but I can't play at site where funds and winnings go missing, and the reason given is simply, 'it's just how the bonus system works'. Please close my account, as I'll be focusing on the more trusted sites I frequent, where my funds or winnings have never just disappeared. Also, your players deserve to know this system is in place, and potential winnings could be seized as a result. In my case the stake and winnings were small, but what if my last spin was at $20.00 and I hit a feature and won $20,000.00? Would you honestly expect the customer to just except your explanation and lose $20,000.00 even though they did nothing wrong what so ever? You need to either change your bonus system immediately, or notify all customers that they can have winnings confiscated through no fault of their own when a bonus is in play. As I said, this is rogue behavior, and in the interest of fair play, I'll be notifying everyone I know of this anomaly via various forums I frequent. Sooner or later this will effect someone else, and involve a larger sum of winnings. No one deserves to lose their winnings for no good reason, especially on their last spin. Good luck, but I'm definitely out. Just to clarify, I don't believe this casino is intentionally being rogue, however the bonus system clearly is, and you can see from my example how a player could lose a large win because of it. It needs to change. I have not heard from this casino since last Friday when they advised that management was looking into it, however this doesn't change the fact that players could be ripped off in the meantime. This casino is currently doing a BOF process at Casinomeister, however I doubt anyone there is aware of this bonus flaw. If they were, they would not pass the test there. Again, I recommend not playing at this site until this bonus system is changed. I've given them ample time to rectify the problem, however it seems player safety is not high on their agenda, hence I thought it was time to publicly announce this warning. Crow Boy

Hello sweets I was thinking about one universal thread where all of you can share your negative experiences with particular casinos & warn other members and maybe save them trouble! Of course, from you is expected to justify your "accusations" I would also use this opportunity to strongly warn our members to stay away from 99 Slot Machines Casino! I have never played there, but I can see their bad, bad behaviour. Many complaints, but neither single one received any response! This casino also never replied to any of our emails... I honestly don't have anything against any casino personally, but we are here to warn, right? Feel free to share and comment!

This information will benefit players who avoid bonuses. Old Havana Casino and Vegas Casino Online are automatically applying a bonus to new accounts upon registration without player consent and the bonus will be activated when you make a deposit. You will get an email from both online casinos with "Coupon Redeemed" in the subject line to let you know - most likely in your spam folder. If you don't want the bonus just reply to the email and ask for the bonus to be removed. You should get an email the next business day that says they've removed the bonus. Make sure to keep that email just in case you have a problem trying to make your first withdrawal.
