      It will take at least a day or two (business days) for your withdrawal request to be reviewed and approved. During this time the system will allow you to cancel/reverse part or whole withdrawal, but since you mentioned you have actually self-excluded, you are safe. After that period, it will take another 3 to 5 days for the money to hit your bank account. At least this is what their website states when it comes to withdrawals via bank wire transfers.

Yes, this is a blatant example of the so called Casino's "God Clause', which unfortunately, could be met in the terms and conditions of the majority of online operators nowadays. But... You should be in aware of that fact that this clause actually does not give a casino the right to do with anything it wants. And with the ability to submit a complaint against online operator in front of the official regulatory bodies or major gambling portals like AskGambler.com for example, you will be surprised how fast casinos could reconsider their position.
