      Okay, but I still don't see anything that unusual... I mean, 24 hours live chat is more like a must for a new online casino rather than something we need to praise. I was answered at their chat that payouts are approved and sent within 24 hours and must admit that's another fact that comes to prove that the aforementioned brand has nothing spectacular to offer to its customers... I would really appreciate under 4 hours payout for example, but 24 hours is something that hundreds of other casinos are actually offering.

      Thanks for sharing Lilian! I'm not playing there, however I do remember they had like a zillion unresolved complaints here at AskGamblers, most referring to delayed or declined payments, but they managed to resolve a huge part of it this year. Must admit I was a bit skeptical at first, but their team went beyond my expectations and did a pretty good job with their complaints here.

      Yep, final Christmas preparation here too... Preparing presents for everyone, we'll be together with my parents and my sister's family. Kids are already asking /like a zillion time every now and then :D/ when will Santa arrive... It's really awesome you know, the whole Christmas spirit and atmosphere..       First of all, sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Indeed, 24+ hours for a bitcoin payment is too long, considering the fact that it actually takes seconds to complete... However, calling chat representatives idiots is a blatant example of bad manners and totally unacceptable. If you believe your rights were somehow infringed by the casino feel free to submit a complaint a against them. But please, make sure your language used there will be respectful enough.

      After 2010, this year has been the best so far for me and my gambling finances. Ended up 2014 with a 4-figure loss, but will meet 2016 with close to 5-figure profit! Yey!

      Although such an experience could be a bit frustrating and disappointing as well, let's look upon it from the brighter side. At least they blocked you from playing restricted games. Most online casinos would never bother doing that, letting you play whichever game you want, including the bonus restricted ones of course and gladly confiscating your winnings at a later stage.

      Wish I could give my own preferences here, but when it comes to new games this year, it was a complete disappointment for me, especially from the new NetEnt and Microgaming slots.

When it comes to blacklisted casinos, I guess you won't find two gambling related websites with identical ones, simply because all of them are applying their own criteria when deciding which casino deserves to go there... However, at more careful reading you will most probably notice that a huge part of these blacklists are matching and contain same casino names - proven rogue casinos usually.
