      Although the casino is not obliged to refund deposits done with the account in breach of their terms, this is in fact a common industry practice and you could request them to refund your last deposit, the deposit with which you generated your winnings.

      Sorry to be the bad messenger here, but in my opinion, you are fighting a lost cause here. No online casino would allow registering, claiming bonuses and playing from one and the same PC, laptop or any other device, simply because it means you are accessing the casino page from one and the same IP and all the accounts registered there would have that IP address.
