      I see... Well, sorry to be the bad messenger, but in my opinion, you don't have a case here. There might be a lot of arguments in both direction, but the most significant one is the fact that it was you who reversed and played the money. This only argument prevails over all the other combined, simply because you would never complaint IF you had luck and won with the reversed money. On the other hand, not withstanding to promises and 'tempting' players to reverse while their cashouts are in pending state is definitely not what a decent casino is supposed to do. Take this as one h ell of an expensive lesson and move on.
