  1. Hi Brendan and welcome to AskGamblers. Hope you will have a great time with us and find many new friends, perhaps even finding your gambling 'soulmate'. Enjoy!
  2. Please keep in mind that these two terms are not in a 'conflict'. This whole 'issue' is actually pretty simply and clear: 1/ You accepted a cashback bonus. meaning you agreed with the general bonus terms applied by BitStarz casino. 2/ You placed a bet/s in a direct violation of term #12 from their General T&Cs by making a spin/s worth 0.06 where the max allowed stake is just 0.025. 3/ Since you violated casino bonus terms, they applied term #16: "All withdrawals will be subject to an internal audit before being processed. BitStarz reserves all rights to void Bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. Player hereby consents in advance to same." 4/ It was clearly your fault for not following the general bonus terms and conditions you accepted on a free will when accepting that bonus. Learn your lesson, accept the facts and move on. P.S. If you still believe the terms are unfair or 'conflicting', please keep in mind that you could request further assistance on this matter from the relevant licensing authority directly.

  5. Thank you Awena! Happy Easter from Guru too.
  6. Hello vtyyppi and welcome to AskGamblers. In my humble opinion, the casino in question is simply delaying the payment and giving you the runaround with this weird 'Microgaming investigation'. As far as I know, MG is not conducting such investigations on neither small or big wins, simply because they have more than enough sophisticated methods and internal checks already implemented into their systems with the purpose of scanning, identifying and reporting any unusual casino game behavior. The only 'big wins' they audit is the jackpot ones, probably due to the fact that they are paying the jackpots. In your place, I would start considering the option to use AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service.
  7. Hello shecansayyes and welcome to AskGamblers. Have just had a look at this topic and must admit you don't have a case here. Sorry to be the bad messenger here, but rules are rules and must be followed once accepted. If you believe BitStarz applies 'conflicting' terms and conditions, please feel free to post these here along with your point of view.
  8. Good morning. Well, did not... That's why asked for further clarification which QueenOfGames was obviously not interested to provide the first time. Hope that's gonna change now...
  9. Like our dear Afi4wins has already mentioned, there's nothing so unusual here, simply because Jelena is a former AG forum administrator and she perfectly knows how valuable and important loyal forum fans could be. Especially respected and knowledgeable members like our Afi.
  10. Hahah! Of course, what's 150-200K in comparison of huge 1 euro parking tax....
  11. Good job, sorenjo mate! Seems like you are on fire at the moment! Congrats and keep them coming!

  14. If I have to give you a brief answer than it must be "It's not good and it doesn't seem to change for the better any time soon", unfortunately... Rumors of online gambling 'liberalization' come on go every now and then, but at the end of the day UIGEA is still active and little or nothing has changed ever since. Currently, there are just a couple of states allowing online gambling legally, New Jersey being one of these. You could find more about it below. http://www.nj.gov/oag/ge/gamingsites.html

  19. Yey, finally! Congrats Sharon and keep them coming!
  20. In addition to what cocopop has already mentioned, I would like to say that online casinos do not have access and/or control over the results generated by any spin you made with their brands. These are controlled by the gaming software vendor on their servers. If you have any doubts about the fairness of the games you played there, feel free to request your complete game log and send it to the relevant gaming software company for audit. Otherwise, throwing serious accusations against any online casino, let alone a reputable and trustworthy establishment such as 32Red, without clear and undisputed proofs is simply kind of a slander.
  21. Maybe there was some glitch with their website yesterday, because none of your screenshots was displaying as expected but there was some error message. Now everything looks okay.
  22. Wow, congrats mate! That's huge Twin Spin win indeed! Actually, the biggest one involving bar symbols I have ever seen so far!
  23. Thank you, Nicole. Yes, it was important to update your avatar, simply because AskGamblers forum is proud to be the home for some of the hottest and more beautiful female gamblers the world have ever seen. Really glad we have now one more to be proud of. As I have already said, glad you finally managed to hit and withdraw a decent amount. Hope Lady Luck is finally with you and these hits will continue. By the way, if you are happy with the aforementioned casino feel free to leave a positive comment under their review page here at AG. There's no better advertising than other players positive reviews.
