      Hello vtyyppi and welcome to AskGamblers. In my humble opinion, the casino in question is simply delaying the payment and giving you the runaround with this weird 'Microgaming investigation'. As far as I know, MG is not conducting such investigations on neither small or big wins, simply because they have more than enough sophisticated methods and internal checks already implemented into their systems with the purpose of scanning, identifying and reporting any unusual casino game behavior. The only 'big wins' they audit is the jackpot ones, probably due to the fact that they are paying the jackpots.       If I have to give you a brief answer than it must be "It's not good and it doesn't seem to change for the better any time soon", unfortunately...
