IMHO, the ongoing ''processes'' happening at Casumo over the last 12 months are way deeper and complicated than the common SOW-ish BS that a lot of the UKGC licensed Operators are serving to their customers. Look at their AGCCS history for the last year or so and you'll notice they are obviously having troubles with various aspects of their services and not just the fraud/verification vector. Which is a terrible news actually, cause they were one of the top 10 UKGC casinos just 2 years ago... Anyway, sincerely hope Casumo will manage to find the right way out of their troubles and get back to their top position.

Developing method for sports betting
ValDes replied to Flatzem's topic in Sports Betting - General Discussions
I'm planning to get back to some sports betting when F1 starts the new season. First bet will most probably be $10 or $20 on Hamilton losing the title this year.- 51 replies

Yeah, already responded on another forum thread created by this fella... If he/she fails to update and demonstrate some normal/typical non-bot-ish behaviour, we'll act accordingly of course.

Yeah, 15 years, can you believe that... While I'm pretty sure our Content and Marketing teams are cooking up some great things for the 15th anniversary, for Sharon and myself the plan is rather simple actually - work, work and then some more work so that we could deliver the best possible help and advice to as many players as possible.

Hello there @Raffson69 and welcome to the AskGamblers Forum. I'm afraid you don't stand much chance getting back any/some of your winnings considering the following of the Operator's Terms & Conditions: Totally agree with the feedback given so far - you should be lucky for even getting the chance to verify the other persons who let you deposit with payment instruments registered under their own name. Of course, giving the circumstances and the obvious violation of terms, there's no chance that the AskGamblers Complaint Team would ever accept and process a complaint like yours. Therefore, you have two choices ahead of you - a/ accept it, learn the lesson and move forward or b/ escalate the matter in front of the MGA directly but personally, I wouldn't hold any hope at all as they tend to confirm any Operator's decision based on a proven violation of terms.

Slot Games Max Win Potential - How to reach them?
ValDes replied to Fiekie247's topic in Online Slot Discussions
The longer (and way more serious) version of the possible response would be... You can't! Period! After millions of spins on most of my beloved Play'N Go and NoLimitCity slots I can hereby declare that I've already officially abandoned the idea of chasing and hitting the advertised max possible win on ANY of these slots. IMHO, the chances to do that are either equal or even smaller than hitting any serious RTG/Playtech progressive jackpot. Otherwise I cannot find any reasonable explanation of how is that even possible that I hit several over 5000x+ jackpots on RTG and Playtech slots some years ago but not a single close-to-max-advertisied-max-win, let alone the max win itself. It's all a rather irritating marketing trick obviously which should NOT interfere with your decision whether to play a certain slot game or not. Just my two cents... -
Slot Games Max Win Potential - How to reach them?
ValDes replied to Fiekie247's topic in Online Slot Discussions
Excellent question! The short version of the response is... Pick up your phone. Then dial 0-800-LADYLUCK and wait until you get connected. IF you ever succeed connecting then consider it as the chance of your life and do your best to convince Lady Luck she needs to be on your shoulder for the next play-session cause you have a job to do - hitting the max win potential on a slot game! Then pray, pray, pray, pray.... -

Yeah man, I know it could be rather frustrating sending back and forth all these verification and clarification and then further clarification-on-verification emails but this is how it goes and there's little or nothing that could be done to speed up that process I'm afraid Basically You are chasing the Operator, the Operator is chasing their Payment Provider, the Payment Provider is chasing their Bank aaaaand the same chain goes back till you receive a single response. Mind you, even if the Operator (which is the 'fastest' party on that chain without any doubt) is willing to provide ultra speed resolution to your issue, their hands are usually tied by the not so speedy other parties involved into the process, especially the banks... Patience mate, that's the only sure recipe here.

Hmm, what an interesting question. From what I know, probably 99% of the modern online casino Operators do not have any direct business relationships with the gaming providers such as Play'N Go, BTG, Push Gaming, etc. Instead they deal with the platform providers, such as SoftSwiss, TAIN, White Hat Gaming, etc (more info about WL and platform providers here) who are acting as the 'middle-man' between the two parties plus providing all the relevant operational infrastructure - license, payment provider/s, fraud and legal team/s, etc, sometimes even support, IT and DEV services... Different structures of contracts are available, pretty much all common options which you could think of are present and available for the relevant Operator to choose depending on their own business model and strategy. But the bottom line is that there's no direct business between Operators and Gaming Providers unless we talk about some significant/major technical issue which the relevant platform provider is unable to resolve on their own without forwarding and calling for help from the affected software vendor. When it comes to choosing cashbacks vs. standard bonus offers, I guess such decision is based on a totally different motives, including but not limited to the fact that lots and lots of the common gamblers nowadays are starting to prefer playing without any bonuses involved in order to avoid handling with the bonus-terms-mayhem.

King Billy Casino, terms and conditions on Cash back policy???
ValDes replied to niran's topic in Ask Gamblers
Agree!... For the Afi Goes For President part only of course! No comment for the rest, as explained thrice already, let's wait and see what's about to happen. Anyway, I promise to apologize for being suspicious and sceptic from day one about your claims IF the MGA rules in your favor. Fair enough I guess. -
Glad to hear it, congrats!

King Billy Casino, terms and conditions on Cash back policy???

@niran, Since it's obvious your case is still far from being resolved, kindly asking you to refrain from further posting until you got your resolution from the relevant authority involved (MGA, ADR entity, whatever). No need to repeat same things again and again, I can assure you everyone among the most active forum community is well in aware of your situation and I bet they are all eagerly awaiting the outcome. King Billy Casino, terms and conditions on Cash back policy???
ValDes replied to niran's topic in Ask Gamblers
Have no idea to be honest... Potential reason could be that your issue is actually referring to the King Billy's casino which is operating under a Curacao Master License but the problem has been somehow escalated to the MGA who's responsible for the King Billy's casino operating under the Maltese license...
