Trying to claim back your winnings and deposits from the casino may not be an easy task because you won't be able to provide solid proof that you didn't create those duplicate accounts. The AGCCS Team would usually depend on whatever proofs the casino would provide to the team, which would definitely be not favourable to you. Nonetheless, you can try your luck by filing a complaint via AGCCS facility. -

1xbet accused me of playing with multiple accounts. Without specifying which account or which ID. Then all my winnings along with my deposits were confiscated and my ID was permanently blocked. The total funds seized and not paid out is around 3800 USD. -
@yantidia40 Thank you for reposting this topic in English. It seems that the casino has accused you of various T&C breaches but has not specified which one. Maybe it's duplicate accounts, but can you elaborate please?

Warning: Do not play at 1xBet. If you win big, they will always find an excuse not to pay all of your winnings. Your account (ID) will be locked, and eventually you will be permanently blocked. This is the email I received from 1xBet as proof: Email from 1xBet: Welcome to the 1xBet email service Dear Customer, We hereby notify you that we have decided to terminate all forms of collaboration with you (closing your gaming account) based on the General Terms and Conditions of the Bookmaker Company. After the investigation is completed, the Company may make any decision it deems fair and reasonable: To block (close) the account (including duplicate/multi-accounts), which may include: All bonuses, free bets, and winnings obtained from such bonuses and free bets while using multi-accounts will be voided and forfeited for you. At our sole discretion, to cancel all winnings and restore your account balance to the amount at the start of the investigation (minus the cancelled winnings) from both your main account and multi-accounts. We also reserve the right to recover any amounts owed to us in connection with these multi-accounts directly from any of your accounts (including other multi-accounts). At our sole discretion (in exceptional cases), to allow continued use of the main account and recognize it as valid, while all bets placed from multi-accounts will be cancelled, and those multi-accounts will be blocked and/or cancelled based on the Company’s decision (decisions are made individually for each case according to the severity of the violation). This decision was made after a thorough investigation of the case by the Security Department. We request that you do not create any new gaming accounts with the Company. Given that your actions have been recognized as a clear violation of our Company’s Terms and Conditions, the decision to terminate all cooperation with you is final and cannot be appealed further. All further inquiries regarding the blocking of your account will be ignored. -
