Their in Malta and trying those circus tricks must be kidding good chance of getting the money if the complaint doesn't work just goto 

the MGA bro I would expect something like this from a Costa Rican Casino but not in Malta wow if the situation is legit they should hit 

the blacklist imho .

They are claiming the funds never reached then?? I don’t understand. 
 

banks are closed for Easter. I have to speak with my bank.  Money was withdrawn. Is it possible money is in limbo ???? Never happens before.

Hello! Johnny! I lost 75 euros on slots today, but I think I'm a little sick of slotting, and you say you lose 9000 euros. I don't know what's normal anymore! Ty Ales. If their claim that they never received the funds is true, and the money will be redeposit it directly into my bank account but I still expect to be compensated for all my time wasted! If I found out that they reversed it, which is highly unlikely since they got me for about 37oo... The new truly is an Interac problem And that’s between them and has nothing to do with me Doing anything wrong. I did my part and I am the big victim here. 
 

if money is put back into my account, I’ll be more than happy but I still expect the VIP compensation. It would be the right thing for them to do after all they’ve done to me.

Yeah, exactly, you should talk with your bank first and see IF your deposits actually went through or not. That fact could explain it all.

All five repairs were withdrawn from mybank. They claim it ever reached them. So if that is the case.... money should be returned to my account soon? 

 

waiting. The way they handled this is a ritual disgrace. Never seen a moron unprofessional casino. I’ll never deposit here again either way. Just a Total failure in the handing. 
 

cheating?  Illusion? Fraud? And more. Sorry but you don’t talk to players like this. No way. Unless you have evidence.  Their processor failure is not my issue. 
 

I hope  they’re right. I’ll be saving myself 4000 bucks in losses. LOL. Like they said. Money never reached them so I wasn’t really playing therefore I never lost! Idiots!!!

i have the same problem. I sent all of my documents to them. ID, Proof of address, salarys, bank Statement etc. Every day they sent me an email I have to sent the same documents again I.e. my id as a selfie. Today I reached the email: 

  Dear Friend,

For additional verification of your account, we would ask to upload the following documents into your profile (Documents tab):
- a document (or number of documents), that shows the transfer of the funds you've deposited into our Casino. It depends on the payment system used and can be a statement from the bank account / e-wallet for the last 3 months.
- a document (or number of documents), that shows the origin of the funds used for depositing in our casino, for example salary statement, proof of business ownership, selling a property, an inheritance payment or a divorce settlement, etc.

In addition, please, make a selfie where the document will be clearly seen and where we can make sure that is exactly you holding your document. Perhaps, show the elbow and shoulder of the hand with which one you're holding a document.

It’s amazing... I don’t know what i can do. Im talking about a withdrawal about 1,9k. I wrote N1 support, and they don’t care. And still i don’t know, why my account is closed, they are not talking to me. your are not alone with issues with them
