    • You can bet he kept fighting because I know I didn’t cheat—my conscience is clear.   I don’t know what kind of evidence the casino could possibly have—the evidence they also sent to Mifinity? It’s rigged!   I have chats with the operators who say that if they detect abnormal activity or if the user reports it, they’ll block the account—that didn’t happen to me!   Sorry, but after everything I’ve been through, I can only conclude that LCB didn’t even review what I sent, and as soon as the casino sent documents—which were surely forged—they closed the complaint. That’s not being a mediator; that’s taking sides.   Have you seen all the evidence I have?   Conversation with Juliana Lima informing her that I couldn’t log into the account   Email from Deloro with the code to recover the password   Chat conversations where they make excuses and even tell me not to worry—that it’s a lot of money for me but not for the casino.   Malware on the website   IP logs that I only obtained by filing a complaint with Mifinity   Bets with impossible amounts confirmed by the chat operators.   Now I ask: what kind of evidence can Deloro present that is stronger than mine?
    • DelOro does not advertise in our forum.
    • I am on neither your side or the casinos. I am a forum admin - I do NOT protect casinos any casino regardless of whether or not we have them on our page - and any long standing members will tell you that I am never biased towards any casino. If i genuinely think a casino has wrong doing, I’ll try and help - which I have with you. You already know I cannot override  the complaints decision. So regardless of whether I think you’re telling the truth or not I can’t do anything about it. However / going off what you’ve told me - that two sites received proof bets were made from your location means your allegation loses credibility- mainly because both LCB & GURU have absolutely no reason to lie that they’ve received that proof.    Listen - if you manage to get your money from then I’ll be happy for you, if you genuinely didn’t make those bets then absolutely keep fighting.
    • I respect what you said, but as I mentioned, if Instagram influencers earn between €1,000 and €5,000 for posting ads, it makes me wonder if the forums they participate in and advertise on don’t earn anything either?   I’m speaking in general terms, not about AskGamblers specifically!
    • Let me reassure you of something here now. AskGamblers does not allow ANYONE to buy reviews on our site - so your screenshot has no credibility whatsoever.
