The OP has already tried twice submitting a case via AGCCS, but failed meeting all the requirements. Hope the third one would be the lucky one.  

 

Other than this, Betway are known with their refusal to cooperate on players issues, so do not hold much hope anyways.

I really don't get what's going on with betway top ranking casino on trustpilot now saying that there is a lot of negative reviews which seem to be from mostly overseas players one of the latest reviews is from a guy who recently reviewd them on here how they ruined his life what he dosnt say on here is the fact he hit them for 23k on his first visit.

I'm up about 7k on betway and I have never had any issues saying that I haven't played there in a few weeks reluctantl to give them their wonga back
