[Edited:] GTbets.ag confiscated $6,847 from my account due to breach of max bet rule

Recommended Posts

So I deposit $250ish take a bonus 100% cash and go on a hot run and they use this bullshit rule stating I was betting too much per game or some ***** to justify stealing almost 7k from me. Essentially if the wagers lost they would never reimburse me my losses but since the majority won they confiscated a ***** ton and freerolled me. If there system accepts the wager they have to honor it no? There were no steam plays or bad lines or anyhing non recreational just a straight up con job using any bogus rule they can to steal. Here's the email they sent me.

Also can someone tell me who to contact for a matter like this to help me on sbr? I am banned from sbr so would need maybe someone on sbr's email...

If someone could post my story on the sportsbook and industry forum so they get negative press for this bullshit that would be great. Maybe it will make them do the right thing and honor the wagers their system accepted. Clear freeroll.

Is it not the sportsbooks responsibility to place limits on my sports wagers in their system if they want to have a rule that states you can only bet a certain ammount per game when you haven't met rollover? Surely they would have been fine with what I was doing as long as I lost nothing would have been mentioned.... Someone please post this on sbr and help me out thanks.

Hi there @apricotsinner32 and welcome to AskGamblers Forum.

Unfortunately, have some bad news for you:

1/ The Operator you are referring to in your post is not holding any valid license, at least I wasn't able to find any. Which means they are either rogue or deep-grayzone operator at best. In both cases, a fair and honest complaints process is impossible.

2/ Even if the Operator was duly licensed, there aren't many online casinos out there who would tolerate breaching their max bet terms while wagering bonus funds.

Sorry mate. :(
