Kryptosino and depositwin delaying withdrawal

Hello everyone! As the title say I have 3000 euros going for a week now in pending. 
 

I have been playing there for years and have 10 mil NOK wagered together on them and never had issues.

so now I don’t understand why they don’t pay.  Anyone else having issues with them now? Their financial department does not answer me.

Hello cocopop! I have been verified for years on both casinos. And the have always had a average withdrawal time in about 30 hours, but now it has been 7 days. So unlike them and the lack of response from the financial support and regular (by mail) is worrying. I just recently also found out both casinos have the same owners, så what a confidence that both of them are stalling at the same time?

what do I do from here? I am afraid that if I am to pushy on their support they might just ban  me for clogging their support or something lol.

also thought I was a VIP with the amount I spend there lol:( guess not.

Just hang in there. The entire Versus Odds group changed last year operating under Modern World Entertainment B.V

With another ownership change happened in Feb/March and now again in May. This include DepositWin, Kryptosino,  Stakeprix, Horus,  Royalstars, Thor, Betroom, Wolfy to name a few.

Some of them owernship change was effective today 18 May, and some earlier this month.

However, besides the change in ownership they split to different owners at the same time and does not operate under the same umbrella anymore.

DepositWin, Haz, Horus and Kryptosino operate under Moonseeker SRL

While Wolfy, Royalstars, Thor, Betroom, Art, Stupid Casino, operate under Wild Blackfin Limited SRL

 

Just hang in there, I have 5 withdrawals pending from these casino. Two since Saturday(Horus and Stakeprix) and three since this morning(Royalstars, Vegaz). Its been 48 hours from Moonseeker SRL. Which is the same casino group you complaining about. Ill keep you updated

Ill report back later today or tomorrow if mine has been processed or not.

My first withdrawal was just processedprocessed at Royalstars.

However please note Royalstars is under another operator even though previously operated all under the same umbrella.

The withdrawal was processed in less than 12 hours. Ill update on the rest.

I need to see how long Horus casino takes to process, as they are the same as depositwin and kryptosino. This would be a good comparison to your withdrawal.

Its been 50 hours pending now.

I decided to check out these guys and figured out they offer sticky deposit bonuses. This means the offered bonus amount is removed when you request withdrawal. Definitely not for me.

litecoin is cheap but at the lowest transaction fees you can be waiting 20-30minutes for deposit to get 6/6 confirmations etc.

Lets just say you deposit €100 in litecoin, how much reach your casino account?

Depends on the client you use, what priority(fee) etc. I pay ~1.5% on small transactions that take <30min.

I use LTC. Cheapest fees.

Takes 15 - 30 min to clear deposit.

If I sent $100 it cost me like $0.30 in fees.

I love it. Only caviat, I won 1000 euro and received it in my LTC wallet to sell it to get cash in my currency to make a withdrawal to my bank cost 1.9% of the amount.

Lost about $19 euro to sell it to exchange to my currency to withdraw  to my bank account.

@Fiekie247 you are correct. Kryptosino processed the first today 7 days after initial withdrawal. And depositwin did one aswell today. So just missing one from each of them. So I reckon this transfer is making stuff just take longer. As I have never had any issues for years hence my worry

When you withdraw big amounts the casino plays games by testing your patience. They thought you would cancel the withdrawal and play down your funds. Thankfully you did not.
