Hi and just o clarify this. I know there are several casinos that has the same owners and uses the same platform. Sister casinos or what it is called. I happen to gamble a lot on two casinos that I recently found hare owned by the same company. Is this not allowed ? is it this they are closing your account for? I never uses bonuses anymore, but about a year ago I got a promotion for VIP`s and I used it one the one casino and mailed the other one and asked if i was allowed to use the same promo on this since I just used in on their sister casino and hey said "no problem we are separate". could be that I do no understand 100% your issue and the reason they closed your account.

@Fiekie247 you are correct. Kryptosino processed the first today 7 days after initial withdrawal. And depositwin did one aswell today. So just missing one from each of them. So I reckon this transfer is making stuff just take longer. As I have never had any issues for years hence my worry

Hello cocopop! I have been verified for years on both casinos. And the have always had a average withdrawal time in about 30 hours, but now it has been 7 days. So unlike them and the lack of response from the financial support and regular (by mail) is worrying. I just recently also found out both casinos have the same owners, så what a confidence that both of them are stalling at the same time? what do I do from here? I am afraid that if I am to pushy on their support they might just ban me for clogging their support or something lol. also thought I was a VIP with the amount I spend there lol:( guess not.

Hello everyone! As the title say I have 3000 euros going for a week now in pending. I have been playing there for years and have 10 mil NOK wagered together on them and never had issues. so now I don’t understand why they don’t pay. Anyone else having issues with them now? Their financial department does not answer me.
