If you ask me, I would say wagering requirements are what I hate the most. I know that casinos need to keep you as long as possible on their website to play and deposit. But deciding for me when I’m able to withdraw my winnings is too hard to accept 😅... For other players, I’m sure there are different things you wish weren’t included in online casinos... things you believe would make your playing experience better without them.

The one thing I HATE THE MOST is cumbersome KYC requirements and approval procedures!

Asian casinos, on the other hand, require ONLY a copy of your ID and details of your local banking account - that's all and it's that simple!

Only thing I hate is that many casinos try to delay the KYC and withdrawal process as long as possible. Sending money in is alway lightning fast but when you have managed to win something it can literally take months to withdraw them. I recently had this issue with one casino and with the help of askgamblers complaint form I managed to eventually get the money. Im sure I would still be waiting for them if I did not make a complaint. If anyone else is in the same situation I would highly recommend using the complaint tool.

Yes true. Asian casinos are simplifying the entire process, which is why they are progressing quickly...

I really dislike the hidden terms in bonus offers. Many sites make it look easy to win but hide crazy wagering requirements or max cashout limits in the fine print which makes it almost impossible to actually withdraw any profit.

I spent a long time analyzing online casinos that seemed half-baked or overly complicated. Most of them fall apart after prolonged use. With 1win, the situation was different. I returned to 1win not because it impressed me, but because it remained stable. The online casino logic (removed) works predictably, without sudden distortions. After repeated testing, 1win ceased to be just an option and became the definitive point of reference. Finally, my search fatigue ended.

One thing I don't like about online casinos is that they pay or incentivize people, to go around online 'stealth' advertising their casino on various online forums (and they're very bad at the stealth part!) 😛

I hate it when live support is extremely limited.

Especially finance related. I hate when they redirect me to email support or finance when questions, when I feel they should be able to be the middle man to ask the questions to the relevant department while you wait on chat.

 

Me: Hey my withdrawals are pending for 3 days, do you mins checking with finance

Agent : That information is not available to us. Please email finance directly.

Me: Cant you ask them and give an answer here

Agent : We work in a different department. We dont have access to them.

Tedious KYC if it involves documents with selfies and that liveness check of rotating your head, waiting for documents to be verified.

Out of curiosity; what are EU casinos demanding from you?

I've got easily over 100 accounts, all they need on my end is ID and Bank or Skrill(depending what I used for deposit).

 

Different treatment because I'm an EU resident? 🤔

What always worked for me: apply pressure with you opening a complaint on AG, usually solves it right away 😁

What I absolutely hate about online Casino:

Recently almost all casinos changed their mind and started applying a pathetic 10x deposit, or even worse bonus amount, as max cashout.

I'll never use such a bonus, since the math ain't mathing there.

@Potatohead EU casinos require the usual ID, proof of address and ownership of my Skrill account, but what I really hate is when they adamantly insist on a selfie holding up my ID, doing stupid things with my head just to proof that I'm not a bot, and also some casinos require SoW and/or SoF documentations.

I did all that at a few casinos before but got rejected for poor picture quality or for some other ridiculous reasons. After those few incidents, I skip doing them completely.

I don't like it when the Casino doesn't have Skrill as a payment option. I don't like it when the bonus wagering is more than 30x. I don't like it when I have to turn over my deposit 3 times and I didn't take the bonus. I don't like it when I have to wait 24 hours to withdraw!
