When I finished wagering, my balance was €90, but it dropped to €75. Usually, you can just withdraw this—I’ve done it plenty of times before—but now they’re making things complicated. First, they asked for my Paysafe account details because I had used Paysafe to deposit; I sent that over immediately, and that was sorted. But now, they’re claiming I need to complete wagering requirements for a deposit I made four days ago—a deposit that was already lost!

      The casino wants me to wager my last deposit of €40 (made on Oct 17) three times—but I don't see how that's possible, given that I lost that money! Also, today (Oct 21), I received €3, which came with a wagering requirement of €62 and a maximum withdrawal limit of €75—both of which I have now met. Yet, they are still asking me to wager the €40 deposit from Oct 17, even though I lost it!
