On a lazy Sunday afternoon like today, I have nothing better to do but to laze around and surf the internet. But of course, I have done what needs to be done at home first, before I can let my butts have a good seat and let my fingers do some walking and tapping. My head? Oh gees...you don't wanna know what's in my head! Hahaha. It's forever swirling like a storm...with my favourite hits on autoplay, with my problems waiting to spoil my day...but in Askgamblers I'm always here everyday...unless I'm away. Heh heh heh. But what's really in my head right now, is to give some guidance, advice, and whatnots, to players who are attempting to 'know' their favourite game or games. Not the "I know what game you played last night" kind of thing, but the "I can roughly picture out how my game would play" kind of thing. Interested? Then read on. Not interested? Then go play what you wanna play. Hahaha. Remember how I have said before about keeping track of your gameplay? About tracking the number of spins it would take to get a feature game. About noting down important aspects of the game. About guestimating when a free spins game is about to come. About all those 'rubbish' that uninterested players would say. Hahaha. Well...today, I'm giving you a sample of how I do my tracking. It's using Excel for simplicity, and the chart is kept simple, without incorporating complicated formulas into each cell for advanced tracking - you can do all that on your own, if you have the knowledge, or need for it. For me, I don't need them. I do all my scrutiny and analysis with just my eyes and brain, hahaha. Have a good look and try to understand it...maybe it can help you out in creating your own tracking system...or just follow mine...whatever suits you fine. Nope...I will not sue you for copycatting! Well...okaaaay...it isn't as much fun as watching a 'hot' video...but it can certainly do you good!

I assume we all have played at a land based casino and the latest gaming chests have a very interesting feature, namely a small screen in the button itself. Personally I do love this feature and I just wondering if this feature could be added to online gaming, like linked the game features to a mobile device such as the spin button, cut scenes or big win animations. It could be very interesting and it also could attract more players to play. I know I would I would prefer this above VR games.

As most of you know by now, the writing contest for game reviews has been suspended from this month (June) onwards...for how long no one knows. Our Guru is not in a position to tell either due to company rules, but that's understandable. I don't know about others, but this suspension is gonna affect me considerably. No game reviews, no additional money for my games, hehehe, but of course, there's still the writing contests for casinos and bonuses...but I don't do as many of them, not like with games, sigh. I'm really wondering the reasons for this suspension...my curiosity is killing the 'cat' in me...but I do hope it will end soon! In the meantime, that regular monthly winning screenshots contest makes it all the more important to me now, more than ever, even if it means getting ony $25 extra a month...but heeeey...that's still free money maaaaan! Hola...Hello...Howdy...Aloha...Bonjour...whichever you prefer, hehehe. Remember how I was talking about one Asian-based casino that was introduced to me via an unknown sms to my phone? You forgot already? Oh geees...and I thought only my memory could go bad, hahaha. Well, that was the casino that got my interest up in Microgaming games. I was given a free no-deposit MYR50 bonus to try out the casino, which I did of course, and also made many deposits there, before finally breaking the icy Microgaming Jinx, once and for all! And the game that broke the ice for me was none other than ISIS, getting 3 times of 5 beautiful scatters, all within 1 month of playing at the casino! What a memorable event that was for me! The next day after that withdrawal (money was received in full the next morning), I found out that all Microgaming games had been removed from the casino! I asked the lovely Live Chat lady host the reason why, and she told me that all those games had been sent back to Microgaming for a major 'upgrade'. Ah, now you are remembering something about this right? Good! Hehehe. Well, more than a month after that, the lady host contacted me via sms to tell me that a 'new' platform has been added into the casino, but, it was sadly a BetSoft platform! Argh! I told her I don't like BetSoft games and that they pay very badly. 2 days after that, I received a no-deposit MYR50 again, just to try out the 'new' platform. Hahaha. And of course, I took that free chip. I would really be stupid not to take it, wouldn't you agree? Hehehe. I also asked her one day, will the Microgaming games ever come back after being upgraded? And guess what? The answer was "probably not!" DAMN! From there, I assumed that the games would not be upgraded as requested, or could not be upgraded for one reason or another. She doesn't know the reasons for this, of course, so she couldn't be certain of anything. Now...if Microgaming had actually refused to do any 'major upgrading' on the games, then I must take my hat off to Microgaming!!! For sticking to their business ethics, for sticking to their rules, and for sticking to honesty!!! An absolutely rare trait to find from any game provider, I must say! On the other hand, the casino may have rejected the costs for that 'major upgrading', so they decided to omit it altogether! Which of the two was the real reason, I guess I will never know, unless a Microgaming Representative pops up and give affirmation on it, which I doubt would happen either. Anyway guys...that's the latest update that I have on that Asian-based casino, and it looks like I won't be playing there anymore, not until those Microgaming games come back, for me to really scrutinise whatever the 'major upgrade' moves are or were!!! Hahaha.

Have any of you seen or played a game from NextGen entitled Glorious Empire? Well, I came across this game some months back at Casumo, but never got to trying it out, until today. With real money? Heck no! I always try out new games in the fun mode first. If it plays good, then I'll give it a bash...if not good, then it'll go in the trash, hehehe. My first impression of this Glorious Empire game...not good at all! Why? Simply because the paytable has extremely low win values, even lower than The Wild Chase's paytable. I used to ask myself, "how much lower can these game providers make the paytable be?" Well, here's the answer! For example, getting 5 Wilds on a payline pays an incredible 5x the total bet!!! Now that's simply incredible...from the bottom side up! But the game plays with 40 paylines and pays both ways, so those 5 Wilds would end up with a glorious 10x total bet win...yeah, from the bottom side up, hehehe. I was thinking "what the heck was NextGen designers doing with this game?" The paytable is probably the lowest I have come across, or one of the lowest, so how the heck can anyone win from a game like this? Bewildered, puzzled, but curious, I gave the game a few hours of fun play. Needless to say, the payouts in the base game hardly exceeded 1x the staked amount! Oh sheeesh! The Free Spins game starts with 7 free spins without any multipliers, aaaargh...but the Wilds are Sticky ones like those in Dead Or Alive! Whoopie! The only thing that I like about this game! Hahaha. And yes, the Free Spins game can be retriggered too, if that's any consolation. I couldn't get any retriggers at all. How about the payouts? Hmmm, how do you like getting wins of 10x, 13x, 16x and thereabouts? Damn disappointing low! That's the kind of wins you'd get during normal gameplay. Don't ask me how it would pay during its bad times...I hate to even think about it! So, after a few hours on the game, I was ready to call it a day with this Glorious Empire game... everything about the payouts was lame...the 'decent' payouts were a shame...but then this finally came... I got 5 Scatters to trigger 15 free spins!!!...but got paid only $80 for those 5 Scatters...aaaargh! 11 Sticky Wilds were already accumulated on the 8th spin, with 7 more free spins to play... so I was expecting a super huge payout with those 11 Wilds x 7 times more... by the end of the 15 free spins, the final payout was only $564...or 564x the total bet amount! Aaaargh! But those Sticky Wilds do show good potentials though...if they can come often and frequently...but yet to be seen... then I can finally say "goodbye Dead Or Alive!"...and "welcome Glorious Empire!" I have found a new Sticky Wild game to play!

How many times have you heard me lamenting and complaining about Microgaming games? A million times already? Oh geeees...I didn't realise it has been that many times! Ever since I started playing MG games, way back in 2002 or 2003, there was never a time when I had managed to win and escape with a nice withdrawal. That gave me a huge win...yes...but I became a little greedy...naah...too greedy...played on and lost some...but finally withdrew RM1000. Pheeew! This story may go on and on...but I'll break it up to here for now. As for that marvelous winning screenshot...I've got it all ready for the show...but that can wait too...to keep you guys in SUSPENSE! Hahaha.

Hi everyone So I've come to a point now where I'm starting to get a little bored with the games I'm playing. It's mainly NetEnt and since I don't like any of NetEnt's new games I'm literally sticking to the golden oldies but I need a change. I'd like some suggestions please since I just don't have the time at the moment to browse. I have some exceptions though. Please no suggestions for - NetEnt or Microgaming. I also don't have any Playtech Casinos to play in so no Playtech games please. I'd like to spread my wings now and try some new providers. Again I have two exceptions which are Play n Go and WMS, I've never been a fan of either of these two providers so I doubt very much I'll be trying any of their games.
