You have to be provided with opt out facilities - you'll need to go into each casino though and go to marketing settings. You may find some of these are not actually from the casino but from some other 'partner'
  2. Hope it goes smoothly - being from the UK the situation with USA gambling isn't something we're used to in terms of dragged out payments (in general): certainly, if i was gambling in the US online I'd just be forever anxious about payouts due to the situation. A friend of mine won 120k online and was paid in 48hrs, the whole amount as well - just every-time i hear RTG casinos i immediately associate them with some really dodgy places over the years Best O Luck.

Is this the honey jar approach
  4. They say they are legitimately licensed. So it must be true. Avoid.
  5. It would have made more sense to their highly a-tuned 'Security Team' to have not opened the account in the first place. Devils advocate - had you not kicked up a fuss i doubt the offer of a refund would be so forthcoming. They're, without anything to the contrary still failed, so IMO still one for CC'ing into the UKGC for their rather large 'Casumo related breaches of Regulations file'
  6. There was talk years ago about banks using codes to reject things like 1. Kids purchasing knives 2. Gambling etc but not sure what came of it - you may find Barclays, per their terms, have done nothing wrong as the onus is on the merchant really. I don't know - been a while since i touched upon banking - it would also prohibit Lottery purchases, which at 16, is perfectly fine. Valid question to ask though.
  7. Last time you asked for folks' opinions you deleted the posts. Anyway, as V says RTG - you just better hope they're still going in 2 odd years first of all. Doubt that opening a complaint will be much use - what do their terms state? Did you not post something that shows 116 pending withdrawals....116, that's mental. On that basis i think 2 years itself might be optimistic in itself.
  8. Presumably means the X Multiplier on bonus buy but assume it'll be: Bet - 1 quid But if bonus buy the bet (can't remember the multi PP use) is actually 50 quid So if someone wins 100 quid and bonus buys it the X multiplier is actually 2x, not 100x
  9. NOT MINE AND NOT FOR COMP (household) it can hit, u really need the 12 spins i think at the start and get 4 wild's in the columns in the first few spins. But boy it can go dead for a long time. Seen 2 1000x's and 1 500x
  10. Point of interest - the requesting of front and back, re payment methods, isn't actually mandated by the UKGC.
  11. But, they say they use 3rd party independent verifications?
  12. Problem with Covid-19 is that, unless say Zika/Ebola etc, it hasn't gathered universal acceptance of the risks. If this was Ebola that was easily transmitted on a national scale, we wouldn't even be having these conversations - the general consensus would be ' get rid of this at all costs, i don't care if we need to lockdown for 12 months etc' This virus still polarises a lot of experts in terms of it's harm and the general issue, which i can see the point, are we seriously shutting down a country for 3 people in hospital? Hindsights going to be a wonderful thing i think with this. What is obvious is how inept the UK Govt has been - at every turn they've, in a typically British way, bungled everything.
  13. Herd/Tell the most vulnerable to continue to shield/Vaccine - I sure as ***** will not be taking a vaccine if it comes out before Xmas, no way. (not that i'm one of the anti vaxxers but they still don't really understand it so how they can safely dish out a vaccine in the near future is beyond me. Sense of anger continuing to bubble across the place and and for that reason i can't see anymore additional restrictions being placed - some may be re-introduced temporarily but be a brave politician to keep them going.
  14. local lockdowns make me laugh anyway - for YEARS, all parties (not just tory), have make it their quest to slice the fat off local authorities - don't get me wrong, there was a large amount of wastage that needed addressed but they have become the default setting for when a governments wants to make a saving. Now all of a sudden, they are valued 'partners' who can administer/review/oversee, these local lockdowns - find that hard to believe when some of them can't afford to cut the grass twice a year.
  15. Local lockdowns....hmmm....very much a knee jerk reaction in some cases and a lot of the doctors etc have been very sceptical about their usefulness. But anyway...schools. The schools here are a free for all: walked by one the other day and everyone's on top of each other, even leaving the place. Including teachers and parents - I can see why businesses get annoyed at the hint of a local lockdown when they a walk by nonsense like that. What's the point of telling kids 'oh don't move classroom all day or no canteen' when you have the above. Education had been for many years, next to the NHS, a giant political football. Nothing that goes on there makes sense - when i had to periodically work there, I hated it. It's like a snow globe world where the real world spins outside but the school bubble remains the same The Unions were always fun - probably the last in the Tory extermination policy which holds/held some clout. The fear in some peoples eyes when you mentioned 'has this been run by the EIS' was a sight to behold. People are now just tired with the contradictory messages - seriously, there's a chippy next door to a pub here. The pub, they're all out shaking hands, hanging over each other and then the chippy has signs for 2m etc, can't get in without a mask but can in the pub, which is packed. Repeat that over the city and you can see why fatigue is setting in.
  16. Well, if you play variable RTP offerings (Pragmatic/No Limit/Some Netent/PNG/Red Tiger with Jackpots etc) then you're best with Novibet, or Unibet or even the White Hat sites,as they all run their games on the top RTP setting (for now) VS on the lower Dog House is one of Pragmatics most volatile so don't play it anywhere that offers low as you need all the help you can get to stay in the game long enough to hit decent and with low RTP, you're going to reduce those chances. If talking about the RTP of your play dipping after a withdrawal - we'll probably be discussing that until we all die: eg. in our house we had 5 pending withdrawals with 32 Red as, each time we withdrew and left some, we got the cash back up. And again. And again. Sometimes that happens, mainly it doesn't. If withdrawing had an effect then why so do so many 1000 quid balances become 0, with no withdrawals. Heard folk say it about VS/Trada/Any casino....i don't really see anything in it; when i played at VS i remember paying additional withdrawal fees as i made more than one in a day, same for Novibet: maybe 3 a day for a few days as my luck was in. Next week? 14 deposits, zero withdrawals. VS's battles used to make them stand out - 500 quid wagered for a months free rolls, throw a battle weekend in there and you could maybe get 200 quid a month if lucky, which would have covered your deposits and more for that month. Now, with low RTP's, 500 now becoming 2500, spin battles from 12 to what 4/5 a day (and replaced with rounders/500 quid free rolls), is it worth it? Hmm....personally, no. More 10p spin games in there was well to dilute it further - in layman's terms: you're paying more, for less and who wants to do that?
  17. Blocking/ignoring is normally reserved for the dodgy Costa Rica licences etc. There's probably a note of some sort as well as to a 'do not discuss' - I think i had that once from Guts as i was wanting answers to a data protection issue and i was just disconnected all the time - like you, i found it weird that the person 3 foot from me was able to get through etc. Kinda get it though - if it's a big issue they probably don't want CS agents saying something they maybe shouldn't but that shouldn't preclude them actually saying that X is looking at it and they'll get back to you (though, means v little)
  18. They're definitely went downhill over the last few years, from a player point of view (can't comment as employee because they tend to embellish things) - they were, at one point, excellent. Their 'Chat Ambassadors' were one of the best - i have seen first hand, funnily enough, a customer support agent saying the advice etc given by one of their colleagues to the customer was a joke - which was refreshing, but now not so much. Don't know if they've got bigger etc but they were a lot more flexible in the past, they dolled out offers, their withdrawals were consistent. Don't know what happened - they did start as a smaller business obvs and sadly, it's what tends to happen when companies grow - look at Bet365 etc - maybe Valdes will back it up, i'm not sure, but the larger they get the more disconnected/unwilling to really participate in complaints (many big companies just ignore) they get. Doesn't make them bad per se, just takes away the personal touches that made them stand out.
  19. That's what i do sometimes - tell them you're having problems depositing and they can't respond quick enough - funny that Yeah, they've got this horrible AI/Bot thing where u ask a question, it doesn't answer it and you ask for the Team...you then wait, no exaggeration 3 hrs, come back and they've responded after 2.59 hours but, because you only seen it 2 minutes after they replied, they log off with 'sorry you missed us'. It's a farce their chat now.
  20. Oh, and in terms of payouts - some will pay out to a certain amount - it's how they work; particularly if you've deposited more; maybe they'll pay out to 500 so you come back and spend 1500 more. Then you win 3k and, er, no. Sods law you hit a 10k x winner isn't it - in that case, they're will be no Unibet 2 minutes payout, it will be a series of stalling tactics and then, per their form, they'll simply block you. They don't want their search engine optimisation being affected by constant 'no payout' results, so yeah, they'll maybe fire you a few of the withdrawals but then....boom. You're snookered. Not worth the stress.
  21. Bad spelling, watching Picard whilst typing
  22. Unfortunately, it's how these vultures work - it's why, for example, to my fone today i've already had 3 SPAM messages about 'hey, we accept UK, even if Gamstopped' Don't know your personal circumstances but if on GS this is what you will encounter if you try and continue to gambler. So, easier said that done, but quit. Even if you do win, some of these clip joints won't pay you - you have no legal recourse, you're in a bigger financial hole than before and now they have all your lovely personal information to hand so...is it worth it for some 20p spins? Nope.
  23. Yeah, i think if what the OP has posted is right it's pretty open and shut. Name mismatches/DOB mismatches. Which makes you kind of wonder why, UK at least, they're so obsessed with SOW if they can't even get the basics right. Be interesting to hear about the outcome because I've heard in the last week something similar from a friend of a friend.
  24. Speaking of sponsors of teams - Not sure if they still do but that 1xBet (from what i've read a really dodgy operator, some weird KYC practices about sending it to weird Russian addresses etc) used to sponsor Barcelona: now, you'd think when you see a footy team being sponsored, it would give the appearance of legitimacy (maybe that's the business reason) but it actually means nothing: even 888 i think used to sponsor clubs as well and they were/are, well, uhm. I don't know what happened to Casumo over the last few years - from reading about they're back to their old tricks: holding withdrawals until SOW is processed which the UKGC has made very clear (so, no, it's not the UKGC's fault this time), is a no, no. Their support has gone to the dogs as well. That's if you can even get hold of them. Their reps on other sites don't answer questions etc. Personally, and never thought i'd say this about them, stay away if you're a relatively high roller, or even low roller, particularly if from the UK. Their compliance team/legal team cannot even read UK Regulations properly.
  25. Again, on a side note - even submitting info to relatively legit organisations - people are so blase about their information these days: i've heard submitting of 3 month bank details etc to places for 20 quid withdrawals - your choice, but personally i think it's mental. The UKGC are also culpable in all this - they appear to have adopted a position of 'they can ask for anything they want - if that's the case, why then allow the unencrypted use of emails for this information? Arguable that it breaches data security/GDPR principles. There's a lot to be said about the creation of come sort of central processing unit where information can be sent/processed, with the assurance that you know it'll be handled securely - right now it's the wild wild west of passports and ID's flying around in cyber land - not good enough IMO.
