If Leo are saying it's processed, it's processed. In the UK when Leo transfer to me it's normally by Trustly and it's in with 4 hours - the bank transfer is normally 2 days. I'd give it to tomorrow and then chase up - if there's been an issue Leo will have received some sort of notification by then. Given their revenues there's no incentive to delay (unless it's to pay for Johnny Vegas in the horrendous adverts)

There's been a lot of 'theories' over the live casino environment...usually companies like Evolution (Netent have their own) will provide the live casino to the casino you're with (same way that casinos host BTG's/Netent slots etc) I personally prefer to bet at a Brick and Mortar est for roulette as there's many elements of such an environment that you don't get on the laptop. Have they treated it as Self Exclusion? A casino, despite me saying that i just wanted them to close my account and being very explicit about it not being SE, not for problem gambling, treated mine as SE.
