      Depends what you use it for - i use Mac's almost exclusively, no issues with flash (which is going anyway sure), i run microsoft office which is identical to the PC version etc etc I've had my mac for 5 years and it's as fast now as it was back then - if it was a PC it would have ground to a halt - the benefits of sandboxing

      Do you mean the TRTP? Bear in mind that Play n Go games are available with different RTP's at different casino's - think it's two: 97. something and 94. something. All half decent casinos will offer the higher. The ones who offer the lower doesn't see my cash. Scoundrels. Or do you mean who's won big? Cos that'll be some task to find.

      I find it odd to close accounts due to gambling transactions - the only thing i can think of is that they use it exclusively for it, but even then as theirs no credit function (unless overdraft), I don't see why they'd care. Unless they think there's dirty cash. But defo keep it off your main account - if you plan on going for a mortgage etc, and they see then transactions, you'll find yourself struggling. Not saying it's right or wrong but many banks view them as a red flag and will, bit like seeing payday loans on the account, refuse you any credit related products because of it.

      Bit confused... are you saying fake games or casinos who have PP are rogue? If you’re betting 5 Euro a spin I can imagine losing 700 pretty easily. I’m personally not a fan of their games (aside from a 1000 x win on wolf gold). They did have a chequered past a number of years ago I think but now I just see them as a typical quickspin/red tiger game - low paying dross but nothing insidious. If you’re able to bet 5 Euro a spin take it to an old MG/PNG game - more likely to see a return.

      I think they've operated under 'they'll buy it if we churn it up'. And now it's come back to bite them. What they need to do is hire BTG's Team - this is a company that actively markets a game with a 1 in 600 bonus trigger, that's probably closer to 1000. Do people shy away? No. Now whether that's clever marketing or game design I'll you decide. Changing top management more often than not doesn't yield results in many cases. It's more a statement to the Shareholders who were probably going off their nut at the AGM.

      I may have mentioned my disdain for Netent in recent times but to be honest it's mainly been their releases over the last few years. They still have some hidden gems. Have they lost key people to other software providers? Heard so. Are they producing games that people like or even want? No. There is something seriously wrong with their releases. Most gamblers don't want to be playing that low variance dross. Once you're down in their games you rarely come back up - compare that to PNG/BTG that can switch you from 500 down to 2k up in one spin. When they released Jungle Spirit i thought they'd turned the corner. A game that could rip you apart but equally had great potential. But no...back to godawful releases like Hotline. Sacking the CEO won't change it overnight. Even the interim CEO is an accountant What they need is to start making games that pay - forget all these cartoon esque games that are nice and shiny. People want games that will pay. I can only see it getting worse for them. They need to really get in touch with what people want. And Microgaming aren't far behind Netent in the above. All become lazy. Fat and Bloated. Not all new providers are great - I really don't see the appeal of playing Yggdrasils - their games seem to be getting worse an all.

      Might have been me not reading properly but still... If you buy the free spins with coins they are wager free. I’m pretty sure they had a x35 playthrough but only noticed they are x0. So not clear if recent change or me being thick. I won 180 from free spins and thought given the x35 I’d do five quid spins. Only to bust out and see the x0 Boo.

      If you go into Chat ask them to reset your deposit settings and you’ll be able to withdraw to your last method. Had that issue - it was making me withdraw to Skrill as most deposits but I was now using a debit card. They reset it meaning that I could withdraw to debit card. Makes sense-way in which it works is set that you may not be withdrawing to the method you used to deposit.

      I don’t understand why, when they’ve verified you initially and are comfortable that you are who you say you are, an additional verification etc kicks in if you win a large amount. Especially if you’ve been with them for a good bit. Maybe they’re trying to cover themselves, maybe they stall- who knows...My fav was one who asked me to re verify two weeks after the initial. Mental. Iv taken large amounts from VS - additional verification needed? Nope. I

      Certainly lack of live chat, no notification of why withdrawal not processed isn't a great impression. I used to play with them often and the only time i'd issues was once for verification. They dragged it out over 10 days which was just stupid. But since then, blue skies.

      They’re normally quick, super quick, so it must just be the additional checks that they (allegedly) need to perform. Same for me when playing at panda-anything above 1k takes an extra few hours. How longs it been? Looks like they’ve pulled live chat totally?

      Think it’s just Mr Greens dodgy live chat playing up. They can be slow in replying. But as long as you’ve not broke any ts and cs you’ll get paid. Probably reviewing it as it’s a bigger win. Now that you mention it I don’t think they replied to my last message But note of caution - in the future I wouldn’t be spending money that iv not received as you’re just one max bet away from confiscation of funds :-)
