Still no payout and no information. It concern s 6750 euro. I just do not understand these casino's. A little more empathy would be nice. I am sometimes wondering if I could open my own....anybody interested ? Kind regads

no max bet will be an issue as I didn't get a bonus. I never want bonuses and I actually won even without big bets. Max was 4 euro's per spin and that was only in one game. I was really lucky winning on several games, hitting bonus rounds that paid a lot. It is just that they up to now always paid out teh same day, but you might be right as I never tried to withdraw an amount this high. And their live chat is not slow, it is not available for already 2 weeks ! Ofcourse i regret spending that money now but like I said, this is te first time it takes more than a day.....

I wondered if anybody knows if something is wrong with Mr green casino ? Their live chat is offline for weeks now, you cannot reach them. I also read that calling them is also difficult. I am worried because I had a big win, and normally they pay out at the moment. Now it says my withdrawal is pending and I actually need the money as when I won and made the withdrawal I bought something I wanted for a long time. They have always been extremely reliable but this time it is different and I am worried. It is not fun to win like this because in stead of happy I feel anxious. I tried to contact them via email but so far no reply. Anybody knows if something is wrong ? Thanks Merel
