Hi, I tried to log onto my Royal Panda account today but it said my account was locked and I was to contact customer services, after contacting customer services an agent said my account was locked because I self excluded from a sister site to royal panda, the site I excluded from I did in late 2016 or early 2017 when I asked why it had taken so long for them to link the account the agent said it was due to their systems only being updated today, my reply was surely for their mistake and negalgence I should be refunded everything I have gambled with them from when I self excluded from their sister site, is this me being over the top or am I correct in what I’m saying, when I asked this I was told my account has been passed onto customer services and I shall be contacted in 1-3 working days but I believe I won’t hear anything. What can I do????
