Hello, I'm 18 years old from the netherlands and i have been playing on unibet for 2 years approx. When i was under 18 I used an other account. But when i became 18 i wanted a new account with the right information. So i made the new account and then one time i made 360 euros and i wanted to withdraw but my account was blocked. So unibet asked for the verify documents (my ID and proof of home adress) which i provided right away. But ofcourse Unibet quickly became aware of multiple accounts that i had made in the past. Now they are doing very shady about what is gonna happen with my 360 euros. Im contacting the live chat twice a day but they wont say anything useful. My question is: Does anyone have experience with this problem or does anyone know what they usualy do in thes kind of situations and do i have chance fighting this if they decided to take my money away?
