  1. Welcome bonus and then go: Do you not run out of casino's? If you bust out and played daily (even a 10 quid deposit) a day you'd need 7 new casino's a week Before the last comp here, i think my last new sign up was 18 months before that - too lazy to worry about speed of withdrawals and the fact the WB here in the UK are pretty watered down these days
  2. It's one of those features you only tend to use when things go wrong - eg - couldn't tell you the last time i had to use it at Unibet, for example. If you do have an issue then it can be the difference in getting issues resolved or having to lodge complaints. Most is outsourced now, not seen as important so it's pretty poor. Betat's was the Gold Standard - any accidental breaches of max bet etc, the guys there seemed to have a lot of autonomy in resolving That being said, i've left casinos cos they didn't honour 20FS etc and chat appeared incapable of resolving, so it can lead to lost income for a casino. Wouldn't be high on my must have list tbh.
  3. It must not play like a 20c spin if you BB for 200 - the BB amount must impact the way the game plays/pays - probably due to the number of x ways etc Imagine buying a Bonanza bonus for 200, at 20c? You'd be lucky to hit 8 quid.
  4. It was sticking with one casino at one point, Redbet, that i made their (good) VIP scheme with - must have creamed about 5k worth of goodies (birthday/random cash drops) in under a year (before i got booted off it) Novibet don't have 'set' scheme but they must do something in the background cos if you (not as good at now tbh but still) play a lot you get say maybe 50-100 FS at 20-60p a few times a week, wager free, you'll get random cash amounts (50-150) Easier to keep track of deposits as well and, though it shouldn't work this way, if you're 1k down in one casino you still think 'they slot money tubes must be full at this place, so it must pay out'
  5. I've stopped playing across 10 sites etc and down to 1-3. Partly choice, partly forced but agree; i think you're better off sticking to a handful; particularly if you're lucky to find some that you know will fire a few goodwill gestures your way. I only go out with my normal ones (VS/Uni/Novi) if i get an offer from another place (which is rare) and even then it's one deposit and that is it until i get another one. Hear folk go on like 'But I'm loyal to your casino!' - last time i looked there was no requirement to be patriotic about a casino, or go to war for them, so just deposit with whomever rewards you the most: if that means dumping a casino like they were your childhood sweetheart, then so be it. Gotta hustle.
  6. I don't mind the concept of NLC but my issue is in the UK we're at a major disadvantage as we can't BB and, given NLC are somewhat vague over what the odds are to hit 5 scatters naturally , it feels as if we're playing for hits lower than others And absolutely, the wins are not 66,666x, they're 66x, no matter how NLC try to badge it. 66666x is a marketing departments dream, 66x?, not so much Folk will say yeah but it's still a 20c stake so 13k is the win but i'm pretty sure it's build into the maths of the game that it plays like a 200 spin
  7. Ask for the a/c to be closed - there's a process they have to follow and they'll need to reach a decision as to a. release funds or b. refer it to, if UK, the relevant authority that deals with Money Laundering etc. Either way, providing ur not Pablo Escobar, the money should reach you. Reviewing for affordability is not now, nor ever will be, a reason for holding onto a w/d
  8. If any casino asks for bank statements etc (most can't even interpret regulations, let alone forensic account) and refuse to process w/d just instigate an account closure and kickstart the process of getting the funds released. May take a while. Some may tell you this how it works - it isn't and if they say otherwise they're lying and/or incompetent. I've seen VS holding firm over this and saying; we must receive. Go on at them...and they back down. Tells me a. what they were saying at the start was a lie or,b per above, deciding to breach their licence conditions. Clue - the answers a. What company, truly believing they are doing what they do cos of their licence, would suddenly decide to breach that because you go back to them? Not many/any. Some may supply free of own will, horses for courses i guess. Presume it's casumo you're talking about? UK?
  9. afaik they don't take the 96% versions, run PNG at 94% - which is now becoming, bar a few exceptional casinos, pretty much where the water is going to settle (Aspire take the 91% for example - uughhhhh) Until casinos work out that they'll lose 70% of their customers if they down the RTP, that won't be made up via the increased return, that won't change (and won't happen re customer numbers ) Should also have a splash page, like 21 Casino, where you can check the RTP just by hovering above the game rather than opening and checking help files etc
  10. Seen a few 5000x max cap winners (non streamer *****) - PP's seem to like throwing them out early doors when released: Fruit Party was the same. Need the multipliers at the top to be honest - like most PP's they'll be money eaters with very little play time. I didn't actually mind the the first one - think it was Slotsmillion actually where i had a 30 quid balance and 1100 and met it quite easily with 400 left purely on the non MW one years ago - before PP decided to shift all the big wins at one end of the scale, leaving very little in the middle. I'm sure a few tubby, basement dwelling streamers who live in their grandma's cellar will post winners in 25 spins etc - not that PP would fund them/give access to test accounts, of course. No Limit also have Mental out - gave it a go yesterday and it's a bit of a mess of a game IMO; too much going on to even keep track of where you are/what looking for, symbols that look the same at first glance etc. As is the case with NLC; pretty joyless experience 99.9% of the time.
  11. MG, or whoever they outsource the making of it to (Stormcraft?), spent so much in the design of the game (which is impressive, but v lumpy), they actually forgot to make a game that can pay. Similar to Netents in that once you go 100x down in stake, you should get out because you're not going to get it back - on a good day it'll wager ok, but that's about it. Genuinely think you could go 10000x down in stake in this game and not see a 300x The execution of the free spins is just frustrating to watch - getting all the wild symbols and waiting for 2/3 to land again on the reels to expand and then it doesn't chuck any out Worst type of slot - pays Low Variance, plays Med-High. Which is akin to flushing your money down a (wild) storm drain
  12. No response to why you SOW folk, low risk by any test, for low deposits? And do you not find it weird that you guys are SOW'ing for an amount 1/10th of UK based bookies but claim 'you need to'? Edit - just seen PM...replied
  13. Still laugh at the thought that there are so many brain dead morons who follow him and go 'congrats man!', believing that he has a 2 million balance in, wait for it, STAKE casino! Hahahahah The world is really filled with muppets.
  14. Unfortunately i'll need to supply payslips apparently to play 20 quid in Bonanza so i wouldn't be able to tell if issues have been resolved, as that isn't happening
  15. had over 1800 quid to wager as i hit 70 quid in Book of Dead and managed to meet with Bonanza (base game was pretty good) and had 380 to spare Bit old school/pie in the sky thinking re bonus's and terms - particularly if you've been a long standing member of a casino for years, they know you via your play.....offer them a bonus, cut the strings attached (like Unibet), let them play unhindered: a lot of the time folk will bust out: even if they don't, you'll probably get it back anyhow over the coming weeks - spend now (giving out bonus w/d's and as gamblers you'll get it back anyhow - unless it's someone who deposits at a site and never plays again) Back on topic: VISA Direct, UK wise, is a major selling point: most casino's offer it now for w/d back to a card and if you don't have that you're at a major disadvantage. Dunno about the RTP but lets be honest, most are heading south anyway so i won't say 'max' RTP as that isn't coming back The site design looks a lot better than the previous white one though (presuming the lag is fixed)
  16. What's the issue anyway with playing a game to increase volatility? That's a risk on both sides (players busting and casino's paying) - and if casino's didn't like volatile games, then why host No Limit City?
  17. As for the term mentioned - can't remember their bonus terms but that one about not playing with full lines is nonsense. When i have a bonus i sometimes go for broke and go one line to hit a biggie - casino's have the x35-50x wagering to control the risk/reduce the potential for cash outs from a bonus:if players want to (and lets face it, most will bust out quickly with one line) take a chance, why shouldn't they? Sorry to sound like a Unibet shill (i'm playing there now with a bonus) but their terms are 35 wagering, And that's it: no restricted games, no max bet and certainly no 'limited lines' And if lucky enough to beat wagering and click w/d it'll be in my paypal instantly - with SM it could be next week (though i think it's speedier now?) - personally think if a players been with a casino x years, good history then w/ds should be automated - really don't see in todays era of the need for 'manual approval' and the staff costs in doing this might outweigh any benefits surely? I just view terms like that as a 'catch term' to diddle inexperienced players (yes i know it's in the terms)
  18. Nice to see someone asking for feedback: Firstly, when SM first came to the UK it was pretty good: you had a casino that, whilst having no loyalty scheme, had a good deal of offers that meant i chose to play with you guys, rather than 'Casino B' - seemed to strike the right balance between a semi biggish casino, but still had enough player focus (unlike Bet365 etc). You also had Ladylucks at the time i think. But then the drop - 100% to 50% etc i think - coupled with the lack of a loyalty As Fiekie said though, the lag of the site was simply unacceptable though, even with the above. Games should run smoothly - in todays era there's no excuse for laggy online casinos (pretty sure bandwidth costs are not that high. Again, to copy and paste Fiekie - the withdrawal times were simply all over the place: sometimes 2 hours, but could be 2 days or 7 days (another quibble - when someone asks why the delay, it's really not good form to tell a punter 'staff shortages' - that isn't the customers concern, nor should it be) Then - SOW - my account is now closed because even though, IIRC, i put through limited deposits (i'd say no more than 2.5k (possibly lower) over 2 ish years and got asked for it. To put in context: Unibet (30k), Videoslots (25k) and Sky (22k) and some more...nothing. That's a no no for me: there is no justification, regulations or otherwise than warrant that (i asked customer support why 900 of deposits in one year warranted a SOW and they came back with some nonsensical response of 'we have to' - well, no, no you don't - that's just a lazy interpretation of the AML etc (if that was the case every casino i play at now would be breaching the UKGC/AML regulations)So it was bye bye to SM. Disappointing because, like i said, you had the bones of a really good casino but personally, fell short before it really got started. Most casinos i play at now pay instantly (or within a few hours), have the same games, have high RTP (bar the odd dabble on VS) and i basically (as it's a buyers market) switch around depending on what i can squeeze out of my pound. We know offers/loyalty schemes are not mandated but a lot of the time they are the key factor in deciding whether to deposit in A and not B. Customer support was always decent for issues - pleasant chaps who resolved issues quickly. Backward looking i know but as i can't login it's the best i can go
  19. I actually forgot that about 5 years ago someone did get a CCJ (County Court Judgement) against Everymatrix and won i think? EM may have ignored it, can't recall. But yeah, read about 'class actions' (a la Mastercard atm) and makes me chuckle. Same as some folk having lawyers on retainer I'm spending 10k to get back a 150 w/d - ok, cool, on you go.
  20. As long as Unibet are around (touch wood) the rest can fall for all i care - the proliferation of rubbish white label casinos (you know, the ones the media companies are setting up with no clue on how to run) seems to have plateaued, which is a bonus. The quality of casinos over the last 5 years especially has taken a nosedive - even the previous good ones have all dipped (Betat - fell off the map with their godknowswhat goings on, Casumo) What irks me is that casino's feel as if they can operate without consequence. -due to being based abroad, knowing folk have no real comeback (seen 'top rated' casino's simply ignoring ADR rulings etc), some just think they can do what they want - to an extent they can: look at some of the complaints of folk playing at dodgy clip joints; throw people a 200% bonus and they'll give you the cash, so players, in some respects, only have themselves to blame for feeding the beast. Like i said, i mainly play now just at Unibet and as long as they're about and keep the same standard they've set, i'll continue to play. I've more/less ditched Malta with their 'it's the UKGC's fault' (not on this occasion, no, it's you guys) No offence to the guys at places like L and L/Slotsmillion but when some folk think they're good/great you know the bars been set so low you'd need to be good at Limbo to get by it. I was speaking to a casino 'guy' and said to them: why are you telling me you MUST SOW me when the likes of Unibet/Bet365 etc etc haven't in x5 deposits? All they said was 'i can't speak for other companies' - which is fair enough, but surely that tells you 1. Either they know what they're doing 2. They're all breaching reg's etc (could be 3. they accept greater risk ) - the SOW's even more annoying here as some places clearly do not even know the rules for A. When to perform and B. What to do when someone laughs at them and goes 'No'. Lots of casino's using the UKGC here as the bogeyman (albeit they don't help) When folks' have questions about slots, all you get is 'over billions of spins' and 'the slots are tested' - funny how the testing houses never picked up on major issues with BTG's Wild Flower and missing jackpot symbols :-p. Slots are weird - you buy food and u can see what makes it up; with slots it's all a bit 'Wizard behind the curtain'
  21. Spam should really come with a 'does this even make sense what i am saying?' , filter.
  22. Can't remember what casino (they weren't an obviously dodgy one), but remember reading a complaint somewhere else where the casino, even though the person had either met the wagering, or bust out and re-deposited after reading zero, tried to tie wagering to the next, own cash free session - claimed it was still 'connected' Needless to say i think the result favoured the player.
  23. Depends where you play as well Anywhere that has Malta in the name are clueless; they must have some of the worst legal teams going with some of the stuff they ask for (either incompetent or, possible genius's); from document requests that aren't needed through to SOW; they're a joke (not all, most though) Go UK bookie wise and you, 99% of the time don't get it - they don't even ask for copies of debit cards etc, let alone expired ones. People will say 'ah but you get an impersonal experience at the big boys' - so what, better than trying to find out where the card that expired in 2012 is from some 2 bit clip joint.
  24. Woof. Lolz - makes a change from a dog eating your homework, this special dog triggers bonus's on high stakes - or, steaks
  25. It's a great game if you come armed with a 10000x starting balance, if not, don't bother. Fruit Party to it's credit isn't bad; seems a fire out a good few 5000x to 'normal people' so least puts money where mouth it. This is rubbish. It is Pragmatic though; who are the equivalent of a seedy mistress.
