  1. You also need to have made at least a single deposit of 20 EUR but I haven't wagered at all for many days now so my access to the freerolls will be expiring very soon. Not a huge deal and I feel much more for people having bigger issues as a result of this stuff, all of the people who fail to secure their devices and networks properly have a lot to answer for as I can only see these problems getting worse in future.
  2. Videoslots website has been sketchy as ***** since around midnight last night, sometimes impossible to get the site to load at all and I've not been able to open any of the freeroll battles for around 24 hours now either. Bit gutting as you only have 7 days to play these after your last deposit... I also see players chatting about deposits going missing too, and that apparently this is all happening because of a denial of service attack on the casino. Who would want to put so much energy into taking a web casino off-line? Would a competitor do this? Losing player with a grudge? From what I understand it must be a huge attack to cause this much trouble as Videoslots are using Cloudflare as a host who have a reputation for being almost indestructible. Anybody else having problems? And does anybody have any tips on getting the battles to load? Some players are obviously managing it as there's quite a few players with scores as well as the hundred or so of us languishing at the bottom of the table with a nice fat zero... sweet advantage those people have today!
  3. Oh yeah all the time ... unbelievable right? The worst I think are those who constantly monitor Sharkscope and then come to the table mocking players about their stats, most people don't even know what they are talking about but the trolls who do it think they are so clever and superior. I'm glad many rooms require you to "opt in" to having your stats on there now rather than opting out.
  4. There's a whole tonne of games that use the 243 ways system but there's quite a few differences between the various slots mentioned so far. Immortal Romance is much higher variance than Thunderstruck 2 for example and has a higher maximum win and the free spins rounds are somewhat different in Playboy and Jurassic Park as well. What they all have in common though is that the big wins are all tied up in the features and it's possible to go hundreds of spins without seeing the scatters sometimes, so although I love to play these games I only do so when I've got a real big starting balance! Think all the original questions have been answered, about the five wilds one though, you might not get a 32x multiplier but you are guaranteed to win a five of a kind on at least 81 ways which makes for some huge hits, you'll have to wait a real long time though as you already saw you haven't even had 3 of them as yet and I think I've only had all five twice on all of these games combined Also, you like the Odin feature?? I really hate that one, it almost never gives me both ravens and I can't even remember many >100x stake hits from that feature. I like Valkyrie and Loki best, even if Loki does make me scream when the "Wild Magic" refuses to appear even once in the whole 15 spins!!
  5. Any casino that refuses to honour a welcome promotion that is currently still being advertised on their own website I won't deposit with out of principal. Of course it's a bit late if you already made your deposit but I'd probably play it through x1 and then withdraw and never go back. When there are mixups with affiliates and the like I can sometimes forgive the casino but when they don't even keep a promise they have made themselves, that's just not acceptable.
  6. The UKGC requests that all casinos perform due diligence to ensure they are not accepting deposits or bets from players who have previously self excluded. I don't know of any rule they have which states that casinos are allowed to keep any monies they take as a result of failing to prevent a self excluded player from making deposits and/or bets! I wouldn't accept this, they have no right to keep your money which is why I was asking if they have given you any reasoning or justification for having done so. Assuming you have done nothing wrong other than accidentally opened a duplicate account then you absolutely deserve your money back and you shouldn't rest until you get it.
  7. I saw this on another forum, not sure if it has been discussed here as yet but I haven't seen it mentioned and feel it is surely of interest to all players here. So, a player who signed up at an EveryMatrix casino around 18 months deposited and went on to win £625 before requesting a withdrawal which was subsequently declined on the basis that the player had previously excluded from a seperate site within the EveryMatrix group. The player argued with the casino that they were unaware the other casino was part of the same group and that it was unfair for their deposit and bets to be accepted if they never had any chance of winning. Now I hear of this situation coming up a ***** of a lot these days, especially with respect to EveryMatrix because of their policy of only performing KYC once a player requests a withdrawal. On this particular occasion the player refused to accept the casino's reasoning that it was impossible to verify all players upon signup and begun a claim with the county courts here in the UK, eventually obtaining a judgement against the casino for the full £625 plus legal costs. If you have had winnings denied by an EveryMatrix casino due to self excluding from a different casino within their group, will you be considering having another go at claiming what you believe you are owed by the company as a result of this judgement? This surely sets a huge precedent for players in the future and might well cause many casinos to start verifying players before they can start to play, at least here in the UK?
  8. Anything that gets the PC lot riled up is fine with me lol, sure we can expect some "outrage" from certain corners about this despite the fact gambling is an exclusively adult activity.
  9. I would say most quality casinos would refund this deposit without even being asked to. Have BGO provided a reason why do not intend to refund this money?
  10. Laugh away Afi4wins, as you said game developers don't release precise details which makes it impossible for any of us to say many things with absolute certainty. That said, what makes you think that no on-line slots use fixed reel strips ...? Sure there are a few that don't, I believe games such as Gonzo's with cascading symbols might potentially just drop symbols in at random however the vast majority of games do infact have fixed strips and the RTP of a game can be calculated directly from the content of the strips... or at least the base game RTP can anyway. Don't believe me? Take a look here: http://www.slotbeaters.com/Index.htm#Stats the guys on this site have spent long hours mapping the reel strips of a bunch of popular games. One reason why Immortal Romance is dramatically higher variance than Thunderstruck 2 is the reel strip layouts - the wilds in IR are positioned adjacent to the top paying character symbols whereas in TS2 only royal symbols can be visible at the same time as a wild on a particular reel. Maybe I've misunderstood you anyway, what I'm saying about the reels "spinning" wasn't meant literally, the computer simply picks a stop position, maybe 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 for all five reels then there is a specific win attached to that outcome, another for 1,1,1,1,2 and so forth and so forth... millions of different outcomes that can all be stored in a big database table and awarded the second the button is pressed. It seems to be the simplest way of choosing a result is by creating those five stop positions then looking in the table for the result of that specific combination. As I understood it you were suggesting an alternative method of choosing a win figure, looking in the database for all wins of that specific size, then choosing one of those at random ? And that just didn't seem logical to me is all as you'd need multiple database lookups and multiple stages of random number generation instead of just one elegant line of code. But for sure, it's possible some developers program that way for some reason!
  11. That whole, your withdrawal has been processed but yet the payment hasn't actually been sent, I don't follow that considering Skrill and Neteller and instant payment methods however I guess the interface the casinos use to process such payments works in a way I'm not familiar with. Probably. I'm pretty sure they aren't just logging in to the account and sending the money one by one anyway! Anyway with regards the original issue... all of the casinos i frequent regularly payout very fast, but I'll usually sign up at any new casino that has a decent welcome offer regardless of their withdrawal timescale. I do make mistakes with reversing sometimes though so I prefer to limit opportunities to do so as much as possible. Videoslots are the best, they don't mess around at all. Now what can be done to stop you re-depositing your winnings after you receive them??
  12. Are you talking about trouble in the chat box, or actually around the table in the casino? When it comes to the chat box the best thing to do is usually to ignore. I quite often get abuse from guys who get p*ssed at being beaten by a girl lol, you would have thought such masculinity issues would be dead in 2016 but it seems not And then in the casino ... that can be trickier. It's important not to let anybody get under your skin as you might start giving tells without realising which could be disastrous particularly if you are playing in a tournament. If anybody gets really inappropriate you're quite within your rights to get security involved to give them a warning, but I would only consider doing that usually if the person was causing trouble for the whole table, or at least somebody other than just me. I find that just keeping your cool and focusing all out on removing the annoying player from the game by taking their stack as soon as possible to work well
  13. 888 is the only place I have tried this type of game, I'm surprised it isn't more popular though considering just how much it adds to the experience. I remember a new poker site springing up maybe a year or so ago that promised 100% webcam gamed bit no Idea what happened to it now.
  14. Oh and Jonny thanks for the reminder about the loss limit... I know video slots has that but I just use the deposit limit normally. Think I might experiment with loss limit too, it does make me feel quite bad having to utilise all these features though.. Am I really that bad!?!
  15. My issue right now tends to be if I find myself with a withdrawal pending but an empty casino balance early in the evening. I've sat down for a nights gaming but am out of "usable" funds and its hours before bed time, so i choose to reverse with often predictably bad results.. I thought I was long past this phase of the game but I've had three withdrawals over £1000 in the last ten days which seems to have skewed my sense of value quite badly! My 160 profit from Stan James just didn't seem all that much on Friday but I was still kicking myself when it was all gone Still, I've settled some bills and debts, treated myself to some new gadgets and booked a holiday for next year cash up front, so all things considered I've had a great birthday week, yet am still cursing that dreaded reverse button now my e wallet is no longer bulging at the seams. Play smart people!!
  16. Okay so today I spotted this golden nugget in my e-mail and felt it was worth a share.... admittedly it came from what I assume is an affiliate and not Neteller directly, however surely everybody knows this statement could not be further from the truth? I can count the number of casinos that process Neteller withdrawal requests instantly on one hand!
  17. Obviously I am well late to this party as you already have your money, but my advice would absolutely have been YES, WITHDRAW! Then use that money to grab another bonus elsewhere or better yet, spend £60 on something nice for yourself and just drop £20 in somewhere to keep on hunting a profit I'm amazed you managed that wagering requirement on Starburst, Why is that game so mean only to me ?! I can't believe i'm asking this but... do you click to stop-start the reels or do you just start then wait for them to land? I know I know, it really makes absolutely no difference whatsoever but some people swear their results do differ and I'm just totally stumped as to why this game hates me so much!
  18. Thanks for the tips! I will try them and let you know if I have any success Out of interest why stay away from J&TB? I always get a tonne of respins when I play that game, though I guess everybody else does too so it won't give too much advantage...
  19. Haha, maybe Playtech got told off for their blatant play money abuse since I last checked then, it wouldn't surprise me! It was actually a Marvel game I was trying when I noticed how ridiculous the free play mode was though I can't remember which one right now. I'm totally going to test out some Play N Go games later though, I'll report back. I'll be real disappointed if it's as blatant as you say though as I've really been building up respect for PnG lately.
  20. I love Pimped! Those "guaranteed win spins" is a fantastic idea, and I *always* end up getting more than just the initial five free spins. That's actually got to be one of my favourite Play N Go games, the "pimp" aspect of it is much more authentic than Microgaming's "Loaded", too ... totally gangsta!
  21. This was to be my question too, I still have my iPhone 4S that I use occasionally for one reason or another though so I'm going to try the app out later today. It is a shame if it doesn't currently have the forum on there but I still want to see it!
  22. Hey Fiekie, I don't suppose you might consider sharing a little about how you pick which ones to enter? What size buy ins maybe, your obviously not playing the "it can only be three" or anything like that so perhaps how many people are paid or if there are certain games you stick to or anything like that? If your winning with such regularity I'd understand if you wished to keep these things to yourself for now!
  23. There are actually some rules regarding this that say the free play mode has to work exactly the same as the real money mode, but the slot providers have been coming up with ways of getting around it for a while now. The worst case I can remember is with Playtech where if you use their download casino it doesn't contact the RNG on the server and creates them locally instead. You should try that, the games are AMAZING when your running them like this, 1000's of times stake every free spins round and stuff, it's hilarious. I haven't noticed any dodgy behaviour with Play N Go's games personally though? And I've tried quite a few in free play recently.
  24. The math adds up! The only way to settle your head after a bad session is to look at things in this way. All this chatter about rigged wheels and the like on the forum recently, I just really don't buy it especially for live casinos where thousands of people can be betting on the same spin of the wheel. When you have a mathematically certain advantage you'd have to be real greedy (and stupid!) to cheat and ruin your GUARANTEED income.
