      The most important advice I could tell you (and I'm not kidding) is: don't play tomorrow, calm down, and plan your new strategy. Believe me, if someone had told me this during my first 4 months at online casinos, I had cashed out a more decent amount from some Playtech casino (as the one you mentioned in your post) from my welcome bonus that was $35 and I increased up to $1.150, I still remember. I just withdrew just around $100. Now, my second advice, if you are able to withdraw $500+ don't give them back so fast (I mean to any casino,) take your time, put the final touches to your strategies. In other words, reflect on what it is the real meaning of the say "what easy comes, easy goes" and please don't misunderstand this, I'm not saying you won easy that $400, but once withdrawn you will be doing plans and maths based on your first hit, and you can be sure in gambling there are ups and downs, and if you are smart enough, you will start with right food, hence, your bankroll (or your row material) will grow healthy.       Hi Mark and welcome to AskGamblers. I also love BJ but I have had the same feeling than you in the past, specially playing virtual BJ games. Maybe PAF BJ, at PAF casino, worked well for me for some time but now I think that software was updated too. Well, I think if you're playing one deck BJ and you say you use some kind of strategy, then you're counting cards, and take in mind virtual one deck BJ simulates a shuffling after every hand. All above, in my opinion, let us live dealer tables as the best choice; hence, you will need to adapt your strategy to play with 8 decks with a percentage of penetration about 50%, making almost useless counting cards, so the best is to use basic strategy. However I have not totally confidence playing BJ not online, not at my local landed based casinos, if all the decks are not shown before their first shuffle, and at the time you enter or sit at some table, you have to play with cards already on it; almost never I can see the boss giving new decks to the dealer, and you certainly know that "if some ten value cards", or pictures as many player know them, are removed before shuffling the cards, then that will mean a greater edge for the casino. In short, now I'm better playing baccarat, hehe. Good luck buddy.
