      Yes darling...gargle with salted warm water first...to sterilize the tooth slightly...grind the aspirin to a very fine powder, then drop it into the hole, and around the gums too. You'll feel the relief quite instantly. Don't know how long it will last but it's worth doing over again when the ache returns.
