      Playtech is just like NetEnt now...both went down the popularity ladder after they upgraded their games.       Yes my dear, I know that Spring Break is one of your favourite 9 liners game, same with Ladies Nite too. Honestly speaking, games like Spring Break, Summertime, Ladies Nite, Loaded, and others, do not attract me enough, because they don't pay so well, and particularly because the retriggers do not happen often, and usually not more than 2 retriggers either. I love lots of retriggers, like in Safari Heat, but I still cannot beat your 20 retriggers record...and I never will either...because Playtech is disappearing from my favourite provider list nowadays! Hehehe.

      Yes true mate...but aren't all games like that? I've lost and lost on just about every main game provider games...from MG, to NetEnt, to Thunderkick, to BetSoft...and including Playtech too. But, I've also won some nice big wins from them too. It's all in the game...but some games are definitely better!

      Have you checked the paytable mate? I do remember some games that has payline 2 and 3 not going straight across horizontally. Anyway, if the Joker Wild did not substitute for the chests, that is also odd! So what symbols does the Wild substitute then? It cannot be just for the cowboy?!

      I guess that strange 'win' cured your boredom, ah mate! If I'm not mistaken (I've played this SoftSwiss game before, but only a few times), the game has strange paylines! For example, those 5 chests on payline 2 should pay 5-of-a-kind win, right? Normally yes...but I think, in that game, paylines 2 and 3 bends some other way...not horizontally straight as the norm. I may be wrong about this, but have you checked out the paylines yet?

      Hello there Tomux2, welcome to Askgamblers forum. The way I see it, as how the law would work, the casino's responsibility only applies to all the software that they provide in their casino. In the case you mentioned, another player was using a bot software to play his poker games. This player had committed a breach of the rules, not the casino. The casino's responsibility is to catch any player using any prohibited software or other unlawful means, including collusion, and to confiscate all winnings from that player. The casino has done this, and is paying back all the affected players some refund...the amount refunded being at the discretion of the casino's management. The way I see it, you cannot blame the casino for what had happened. In fact, the casino is kind enough to refund you some of your lost money!
