      Suella, please listen up. When it comes to withdrawals, not the Casino Manager, nor any of the Live Chat hosts, can ever have any influence on what the Finance Dept would decide! If the Finance Manager sees that you have banned yourself at a sister casino, most likely he/she would decline your withdrawal straight away! Not only that, the casino would also confiscate all your winnings, and probably just return your deposit, if you're lucky enough! If you've banned or self-excluded yourself from any one group of casinos, don't ever return to play there! Find another casino that doesn't know your previous record.       All jackpot prizes have a minimum reset (starting) amount, to which it would be reset after someone wins the jackpot. With Mega Moolah, the minimum prize is set at 1 million. With other jackpots, the minimum reset amount varies. Like I have said earlier on, the RTP of the game doesn't change, even right after someone wins the jackpot, but the player who wins the jackpot would have an incredible RTP for that win. However, the player's RTP may start from scratch again the following day, upon resuming play, or it may continue from the last recorded RTP, depending on each casino's system. Jackpot wins are already precalculated and included in any RTP of any game. This actual daily RTP is not known to players, probably not to the casinos too, but the game provider's server keeps all the records on the game, including all jackpot wins. What it means is that it is very unlikely for a big jackpot like Mega Moolah to be won again within a very short period of time, because a big jackpot win would have reduced the overall RTP of the game, so it needs to recover back to regain its preset RTP! Small jackpots, like RTG's randomly triggered jackpots for example, doesn't affect the overall RTP by any significant amount.

      You requested to close your account BEFORE you make that withdrawal...or you requested to close your account AFTER making a withdrawal claim, but that withdrawal has not been approved or declined by the casino yet? The first question may be unlikely, so it must be the second one...requesting to close the account after making a withdrawal claim. To the casino, or any casino, requesting to close an account may be taken as a reason for addicted gambling, if proper valid reasons have not been stated by you for requesting that closure! I have closed a number of my accounts at various casinos, but I have always stated why I need to close those accounts...mostly because my documents were not accepted, so my account could not be verified, or because a new restriction for my country had just come into play...so there was absolutely no way and no reason for me to play at those casinos! If proper valid reasons have not been stated, the casino would simply assume 'addicted to gambling' as your reason...so they could close your account and decline your withdrawal claim! At best, they would refund back your deposit. Anyway, without your proper explanations as to why your withdrawal was rejected, and the reasons you had given to the casino for requesting to close your account, it is impossible for any of us to give better advice for you.

      Hi there and welcome to Askgamblers forum. Firstly, the RTP of a game, any game, is fixed...it does not change with time. What fluctuates is the actual RTP of the players, basing on the current play completed. Winning a jackpot or two would push the player's RTP to greater heights, way above the indicated RTP of that game, but it doesn't change the game's RTP. Secondly, all calculations for RTP are done automatically, so there isn't any intervention from the casino or the game provider.

      Nice win there mate...however...I'm a mule...and I'm still not convinced than the HTML5 is better than the Flash version...but the Flash version has not been good to me either ever since the HTML5 version came out! So probably both are not that good anymore - not to me anyway! Hahaha.

      Yep! I have noticed how your good luck has been with those Superbet things. I tried using it playing Dragon's Story, after reading your recommendations on it, but only got disappointments instead! Total starting bankroll gone twice as fast, and without getting any special extra wins from the feature either - those extra Baby Dragons didn't produced any big wins! On Foxin Wins, it worked slightly better - those extra Wild foxes did produced some extra wins, but nothing big! On other games, especially those with Extrabet and ExtraWin, are a total waste of money!

      Nope, that's not quite true mate...it depends on individual luck! I've used it several times before, in various games, even in Foxin Wins and Dragon's Story, yet those Extrabet, Superbet, whateverbet has never worked for me! They don't kick in that regularly as in every 2 or 3 spins, nosirree, not for me anyway...so I would still say play without them first. If the game plays well, then maybe can try those Superbet feature.
