Well...I have played many of such games at my favourite Playtech casinos before this...that was last year, but no longer available this year, so I really missed them! I have won many times from those quizzes and challenges...mostly cash prizes of between $5 to $25. How did the game played? Well...there are word quizzes of 9-letters word each, with one letter appearing as clue each day. Guess the word correctly early on and win 25! Last to win may get only $5, hehehe. Then there are also picture puzzles of famous places...one piece of puzzle a day...just as for that word quiz too. Guess the place correctly and win $25 again! Hehehe. Ooooh...I love those games!       Guessing game? Hmmm...the only guessing I would like to do is to guess a lot about you...hahaha. But seriously now...hehehe..honestly speaking dear, casinos would only be interested in slot games that offer free spins or bonus feature games. Role Playing games (RPG) on the other hand would suit developers of such games like Warcraft and whatnots - not gambling games but fun entertaining games for youngsters. Since you're attached with a casino, I would think you'd be thinking more on slot games?

      I guess not many knows...or remembers...that slot games are designed to either pay more in the base game or pay more during feature games. Energoonz is one of the few games that pay more in base games. Almost all others pay better during their feature games. Spring Break is probably another example. I got most of my good wins in the base games. The Free spins games usually pay less!

      Coldy...that is not what Askgamblers do. In fact, Askgamblers seek to help out gamblers with their various problems with casinos. What the others have said (above) is actually based on what has already happened and discussed here on numerous other occasions before your case, and such players were unfortunate enough to lose all their winnings just for breaching one simple casino rule. To casinos, a rule is a rule. If you break it, you lose out, no exceptions. However, there have been a few exceptional cases whereby the casino gave some leniency to the unfortunate players and refunded their deposited amount, but all other winnings were nonetheless confiscated. The best you can do now is to ask for leniency from the casino to refund back your deposit amount, if they haven't already done so. As for the winnings, there isn't any hope in getting them back I'm afraid. If you doubt any of what has been said, then you can spend time browsing through the various topics here in this forum - from playing restricted games with bonuses, to placing bets bigger than the allowed maximum bet, and on many other incidences that broke the casino's rules.
