@Flatzem's screenshot was taken before the contest closes and Pragmatic's bet history also showed that it was won within the contest validity period. Nothing more to say about this though, but the final decision is always in the good hands of our @cocopop3011

I am seriously wondering why this rule still gives doubts to some players. The rule has been finalised and made clear that: Your screenshot and game log must show and be within the validity period of any contest. If the date in your screenshot or game log is a little early, or a little late, then it would not qualify. Players in earlier time zones than +0 GMT can take their winning screenshots but can only submit them when the time zone at Askgamblers has already reached +0:00 GMT (meaning, those players must wait for the hours to pass first before submitting their entry). For example, my time zone is +8:00 GMT. I can start taking my screenshots for any contest but must wait for at least 8 hours to pass first in order to meet the +0:00 GMT valid date and time. This also means that I have to stop playing 8 hours before the contest ends because of the 8 hours time difference. The number of contest hours remain THE SAME no matter in what time zone you play. If you start early, then you end early...PERIOD!

@Oliver_Sullivan There are 8 levels for each membership - Level 1 to 7 is for all members, Level 8 is reserved for casino/provider's rep in this forum. Once you reach Level 7, you become a Premium Member and can participate in special Askgamblers monthly contests reserved for Premium members only (one is currently running now and due to end on the 2nd of March). You can increase your Level status by regularly being active in this forum and by posting comments. replies or new topics in the forum.

Yeah, I agree with @Maiwen there. I'm quite sure the casino will pay you your winnings in due time...just have to be patient and wait. After getting your winnings, I would suggest you quit the casino and play elsewhere!

@cocopop3011 Pragmatic Replays no longer show the actual credit balance - each digit is represented by one star. Honestly speaking, I don't like this change at all! Stupid idea to not show the player's balance when such info can be important!

@Damien7780 I don't play at Royalstars so I don't know all the terms and conditions, but there is 1 item that is quite common at almost all casinos, and that is:- Whenever a certain amount of withdrawal request has been reached (around 2000 - 2500 $/Eur) the casino management may decide to do a thorough scrutinisation of your account, which may take several days to complete. Only after this can they decide to approve or disapprove your withdrawal. Maybe this is the cause for the delay here.

@bminata Whether you play your games at nomal speed, fast mode, or turbomode, the outcome of the games will remain the same and unchanged. When you load up a game, any game, one batch of spins (with results) are loaded up and ready for play. Before that batch of spins has been used up, a new batch will be loaded up. RTPs and RNGs do not work with small batches of spins and results. They work with huge batches at any one time

@karolcia Yes, it may make a big difference, because if your laptop uses a diferent IP address than your handphone, then the casino can consider it another player playing for you, hence a collusion breach of terms.

@karolcia Did you by any chance play with different devices, like on smartphone then on laptop? This can be seen as collusion with another player and is of course prohibited as well.

@karolcia Hi there and welcome to the forum. I have been accused of similar accusations before, but at a different casino, and my account was blocked from all bonuses. I have since closed my account there. No casino can treat me unjustly like that because the glitches happened whilst I was playing my games at MINIMUM BETS PER SPIN, when all of a sudden, it CHANGED TO MAX BET without my choosing it! I lost 300 EUR in just 3 spins!!! This happened a few times so they accused me of abusing the max bet rule! Didi this happened to you? Or did you at any time played at higher bets than the allowed max bet?

@All4Suits I think it is time for you to stop waiting and best to file an official complaint here using the AGCCS as soon as possible. Months more to wait is a very ridiculous answer by the casino staff!
