@Juheli00 Like I have said earlier on to you (see my replies above), it is a hidden rule under the max win cap bonus term. Any winnings more than the capped amount cannot be withdrawn and would be removed when a withdrawal claim is made. Most casinos do not indicate nor state this in their Bonus Terms or T&Cs simply because it is advantageous to them - it is one way of catching ignorant gamblers to confiscate their extra winnings. Is it unfair? Not to casinos. Is it illegal? No it's not, it is a hidden restriction under the max win capping rule. Is there any way you can fight this to get back your removed winnings? Very unlikely there is any legal way to go about it. Check with a lawyer!

@cocopop3011 Yet again, I've tried marking both the forum and the unread section as read but the number on the bell persists throughout! The unread section was cleared but the forum section cannot be marked as read! The number on the bell is always for the forum section after marking as read.

However, if you can also include the screenshot of the final free spin that shows the total winning amount in the RED BOX above the reels. Look at the other submitted screenshots to understand better. Thirdly, kindly also indicate your winning multiplier (total win 1192/ 2.00 bet = 596x) for easy reference.
