@cocopop3011 From the pace of payments that has been trending for the last few months, I can assume that Sept's payment too would still happen towards the end of October! If payment is only for the AG contest, I would only get a measly 20 EUR in Oct. If Pragmatic contest is included, I stand a chance of getting an extra 100 EUR, making it 120 EUR, even though the payment may only happen in early November. Bluntly speaking, I don't want only 20 EUR, simply because I NEED 120 EUR into my Skrill (better late to get it than just 20 EUR)!!!

You need to forward your case to the relevant Gambling Authority as they are the ONLY competent authority to resolve your case. There's no point in trying to resubmit a complaint to AGCCS as far as I can see.
