Heats casino took my winnings
Afi4wins replied to stars_cream's topic in Need help with a complaint?
@stars_cream Yes, that is usually the case with almost all casinos - they don't tell you that you cannot withdraw more than the allowed amount, but some casinos do have this specific clause in their T&C. -
Heats casino took my winnings

@stars_cream At some casinos, upon clearing the wagering amount, all extra winnings amount are automatically removed by the system, leaving behind only the max allowed withdrawal amount. At most casinos, if not at all casinos, the winnings must be withdrawn out first before any higher withdrawal amounts (from new deposits) can be allowed. -
For the coming Pragmatic contest, yes, I can play at my Asian BK8 casino and use 0.20 MYR bets, but if the 0.10 USD/EUR rule comes back into effect, than I have to play with 0.40 MYR bets per spin. Simple as that. For anyone's info, it is only very RECENTLY that I know that BK8 Casino is listed with AG, so I've only use this opportunity once!

Correction there @Fiekie247 bro! I cannot use MYR currency for Pragmatic contests simply because those Asian casinos are not listed with AG. One exception though...BK8 Casino, whose main base is in Europe, similarly as with other casinos such as Bet365, Dafabet and so on. Not only that bro, my local Asian casinos DO NOT HAVE the latest Pragmatic (or any other provider's) games, so I actually cannot play them, unless it's an 'any game' contest. If all bets must be in USD or EUR or equivalent, then I have to bet at 0.40 MYR per spin (the 0.10 USD equivalent) instead of 0.20 MYR (0.049 USD). I don't mind that at all, because it would then be fair to everyone.

@cocopop3011 We know that you have been very kind to us in almost every sense and matters, but I really hope that the old rule can be brought back, to be fair to all participating contestants. The rule: all bets must be in USD or EUR, or the nearest currency equivalent. Our statistician @Flatzem can easily come up with a list of currencies exchange for USD and EUR, then everyone can follow it, use it, and complete fairness can thereby be acertained for all contestants.

@cocopop3011 I have to say that it is really becoming UNFAIR when lucky players are able to play with the equivalent of just 0.001 USD/EUR bet per spin whilst most others cannot do likewise. I don't mind if it's allowed for AG contests, but for provider's contest, it is very lopsided. Yes, I'm ranting and complaining because I cannot play in any other currency.
