@Angel (Andjela). I cannot really catch what you were saying in your post. Firstly, it is a crime for both of you to play under one and same account, not as you said 'under different accounts'. Maybe you made a mistake by saying different accounts when you actually meant same account. Secondly, and most importantly, it is forbidden (at all casinos) to transfer funds from one account to another person's account. All transfers and transactions must be within the same account under your own name only. If you had tried to transfer 4000 EUR from your account to your husband's account (within same casino), then that is forbidden and prohibited, hence the money was refunded back into your account. This mistake can be considered as FRAUDULENT (a fraud), even though if done unknowingly or unintentionally, as it may have been in your case.

All casinos should end a campaign only when the balance has gone to zero. With PlaynGo, I can still play with a 0.01 balance. Same with Playtech too, campaigns only gets cancelled when the balance goes to zero, or you cancel the campaign yourself.

Dama group of casinos are no longer accepting players from many countries now. Verified accounts are no longer accessible to players from these newly restricted countries, so maybe yours is one of them. If you can still get access to any other Dama group of casinos where you haven't got an account yet, then this restriction does not apply to your country. Your accounts at the various Dama casinos may have been blocked by the casino management due to breaches of their rules, such as having multiple accounts at any one of their casinos. Did you asked what's the specific reason/s are for your accounts to be blocked? You've already said it was the administration decision, but there must have been a specific reason, or reasons, for that decision to be made.

Fast spins are usually meant for impatient players who cannot endure the waiting time between each spin! For discerning players like myself, fast spins are not required at all, because I like to watch and observe how each spin goes and behaves. Therefore, I can now safely assume that I will not be able to play the game at all and I will be playing off my deposit before requesting closure of my account. UPDATE: Request for account closure has already been sent.

I think the main culprit here is not the QF platform or Games Global either, but it's that Fortune Factory Studios itself...why they put a restriction on my country is simply baffling since I can play both MG and GG games.
