Casino Gamblezen has locked my account without any explanation
Afi4wins replied to karolcia's topic in News and Announcements
@karolcia Hi there and welcome to the forum. I have been accused of similar accusations before, but at a different casino, and my account was blocked from all bonuses. I have since closed my account there. No casino can treat me unjustly like that because the glitches happened whilst I was playing my games at MINIMUM BETS PER SPIN, when all of a sudden, it CHANGED TO MAX BET without my choosing it! I lost 300 EUR in just 3 spins!!! This happened a few times so they accused me of abusing the max bet rule! Didi this happened to you? Or did you at any time played at higher bets than the allowed max bet? -
Casino reopened permanently self excluded account
Afi4wins replied to All4Suits's topic in Need help with a complaint?
@All4Suits I think it is time for you to stop waiting and best to file an official complaint here using the AGCCS as soon as possible. Months more to wait is a very ridiculous answer by the casino staff! -
@Akermannen A potential partnership? Sounds very dodgy to me! And how the heck did they find you in the first place? This is most probably a scam and a trap!

@Potatohead This matter has been confirmed by @cocopop3011 several times before bro. You can play for the contest if your time zome is ahead of UK/European time zome, but you can only post your winning screenshots when it is already 14th Feb at the forum. The screenshots must show 14th Feb or else they won't qualify.

@KL9933 Hi there and welcome to the forum. Making large deposits and losing all of it doesn't mean you can claim back your losses. This is a normal risk that every gambler faces. On the other hand, if you have a gambling addiction problem, and have registered at a Responsible Gambling body like Gamstop, for example, then you may have a case to claim back your deposits.

@Askgambers-complaint Don't be surprise mate, but ALL Asian casinos DO NOT CLOSE any accounts with them! They will ask you to self-exclude for several months and let the account remain inactive and dormant for over 12 months, then only the system will automatically remove your account details. But in truth, I have a few casinos that I have not used for over 1 year but I could still do login! DAMN! Now I have to keep it dormant permanently myself!

@cocopop3011 FYI, I have also been playing at BK8 casino for some years now but I have stopped playing there since the last several months. Why? I too requested for a permanent closure of my account but they replied that they do not close any accounts in their records, so I was asked to use the self-exclusion clause instead. They informed me that if my account remained inactive for 12 months and more, the account would automatically be disabled, or removed, or deleted, or closed...sorry, but I do not know for sure which of these would happen, I have remained inactive for a few months so far, so I'd know better by next year.
