Oh man! New and higher win screenshots are flowing in like a flood, especially that one guy, and we all know who that is.

That is why I don't like playing at any Altacore casinos. I play at them only when there's a good worthwhile deposit bonus to take. iWild Casino is not bad for other provider games but really sucks for Booming Games.

@cocopop3011 @Icy I'm having an even serious issue with blardy Booming Games game history! The game itself doesn't have any bet history or game log. The only records are in the profile history (all games played), but my win IS NOT IN THE RECORD!!! I've done more than 1000 spins today, collected 2 winning screenshots, but none of the 2 are shown in the record! Is that weird or simply blardy inefficient of iWild Casino's system??? Now I'm really piiiiiissed off with both iWild and Booming Games! I've requested from their chat host to get confirmation of my latest win, which he couldn't traced as well, so I'd have to wait for a reply from their technical dept.

Sorry mate, I do not know of any better solution to your case, partly because the final decision is quite beyond our control, and the decision maker may be any one of the authorities, or even the casino management themselves. Chances of getting your deposits back are much better than getting your winnings, so I wouldn't put much hope on the latter.

There have been many similar cases that I know but the resolution has almost always been a refund of the deposits. However, you may try filing an official complaint here using the AGCCS and hope for the best. https://www.askgamblers.com/submit-complaint

That is in fact quite a common scenario in so many other instances. It is one of casino's ways of delaying or denying payments, and also of confisticating players winnings!

@boldogb If that is the case, then it is not an ALLEGED accusation of duplicated account because there actually is a second account, created by you, but the casino failed to stop you from creating that second account. The casino is therefore at fault and should refund back your deposit/s made into your second account.

And that makes it one more reason why I shall never like playing Booming Games!

Okay, fair enough. Apparently, Booming Games are using the GMT+0 time zone, so I actually lose 8 hours of contest time. In my case then, each and every game log on Booming games that I post WILL NEVER MATCH my screenshot time, and in certain cases, even the date may not match!

@cocopop3011 I just got a 30x winning screenshot at 01:43 am 9th December, but the game log at iWild Casino shows a GMT+0 time, which is 8 hours behind my local time. I know a 30x screenshot would definitely not last even for 1 day on the leaderboard, but I hope it can be accepted as my starting point into the contest.

@Fiekie247 I couldn't even get a 50x win after several fun mode tries! It's that horrible for me, giving only 10x, 20x and 30x wins.

NOPE! I think the rule has always been that as long as the screenshot is taken within the valid contest period, ie, 9th December onwards, then the screenshot is valid. What is not valid is when that screenshot is posted into the contest BEFORE IT IS 9th DECEMBER OR BEFORE GMT 00:01 at the forum!!! @cocopop3011 Do you agree with me that this has been the way all the time?

@cocopop3011 Now this is becoming very confusing indeed! If my screenshot shows a valid time and date, then shouldn't it be eligible for this contest, even though it hasn't actually gone live yet over at Britain? Or is GMT date and time the crucial factor for all contests now?

Yes, I agree @marius1978. Winning the contest and also getting a big cashout win from the game would make anyone feel on top of the world, but this can only happen on one's lucky days, not always.
