      I certainly was the first to post a topic on this selfie subject...and it all happened at an Araxio owned casino. After I finally got my payment, I closed all my accounts at Araxio casinos and have avoided them ever since!

      DEFINITELY NOT 5000 spins without getting any single small win from any one of those spins! No game can ever go that way! What the poster meant was probably no win big enough for a withdrawal. It is also almost improbable that any game can go 5000 spins without triggering any feature game.

      This matter is literally a grey matter, the way I see it. Where business is concerned, sharing customers data is not illegal. All online businesses do that...the data can be made available when needed. Bookmakers and casinos are business entities through and through, so shared data is not uncommon nor restricted between them. Each company doesn't have to be related to one another before they can share info. If one customer is noted and proven to be a high-risk customer, every gambling entity will get to know that person sooner or later...just as casinos know who the excellent card-counters are when playing table games at casinos, so these card-counters would be prevented from playing at their casinos. It certainly is not illegal what the casinos are doing, it is merely in the interest of their own business!

      Requesting a selfie of yourself holding up your ID is more or less a standard requirement with many casinos, especially MGA and UKGC casinos. Holding up your ID is not so bad, cos myself and many others have had to show, in that selfie photo, their email clearly visible in our laptop, like our handphone camera is Hubble Telescope! As for me, I refused to take that selfie, then immediately requested for a permanent closure of my account! And that was only one of a few casinos that tasted my boots!

      Honestly speaking, I am restricted from playing at all UKGC licensed casinos, Casino Lab included, so I really don't know much about Genesis, except for what I've read that they've been heavily fined before and their licenses may be on a noose!       What Blackjax meant to say is that Mr Pinnit is a member here at Askgamblers, is residing in the UK, and he probably knows a lot more about the casino owner Genesis than any other members. As far as I am concerned, all I can say is avoid playing at all Genesis casinos, as they are currently in hot soup, if you know what I mean.
