  1. Geees! And I thought only Araxio casinos request for such things...now Dama casinos too?
  2. He has been MIA for quite a long while by now...probably doing the same thing as our GotTheBone guy...RESTING!
  3. Very simple my dear...hold ID in one hand, hold camera/phone in another hand, and hold laptop in one more hand! The problem is...we can either have two hands or have four legs!!! (Pssst...the laptop screen is supposed to be seen in the background, on a table of course...but we all know that, hahaha)
  4. Which casino was that at mate? Was it also at iLUCKI Casino?
  5. Hi Emcphee, and welcome to the forum. Firstly, casinos are run and managed for maximum profit, meaning, they do not employ tons of employees to check out every financial aspect of the operations - staffing is always at minimal and only for the absolute essentials. Secondly, casinos exist purely to make money from their customers, and regulations require that every new customer must go through a KYC process, either before making any deposit, or when the customer makes a withdrawal. Only when necessary, such as in a huge withdrawal claim, then a deeper scrutinisation of the customer's account would be made. A customer may make only small deposits years before, then suddenly make big deposits recently, without triggering any sort of alarm to the casino management. High rollers are known to make huge deposits at a time. In your case, it may simply look to them like you can afford bigger deposits nowadays than before. This is not uncommon. Thirdly, problem gamblers have a choice to activate preventive/curbing measures in their accounts, either by limiting their daily/weekly/monthly deposits amount, or by activating the 'cooling off' period, or by activating the self-exclusion clause. This responsibility is the onus of the gambler in the first instance. The casino would usually step in to help when assistance has been requested. As I have said earlier, most casinos do not have specific staff looking into this aspect of their customers. With each casino having hundreds of thousands of customers, it is quite impossible for them to keep proper tracking of each and every customer. A 100,000 GBP total deposited amount in a week may not even trigger a look-out alarm to most casinos! If you need help, get assistance from the casino's Live Chat service, or activate one of the preventive measures yourself. Hope this helps.
  6. That's great! For a start, can you pass me the link to download the remastered C&C edition please? If its Tiberian Sun or Dune, I've already tried them but don't like them. I don't like games using robotic armies, preferring the standard human version, if you know what I mean.
  7. Thanks mate, kind of you to help out. Well, I have tried out some other C&C games, plus a few other RTS games, but none were to my liking, not as much as Red Alert. C&C Generals, and Yuri's Revenge are also my favourites, have played them using cds before (Windows 95 version), and these games need those cds to be installed in order to be played again. Purchasing them online would be the solution, but I'm not keen on that option at the moment. Anyway, if you have any good RTS game to suggest, I may give them a try, but must be freeware, hehehe.
  8. My choice of strategy games is very limited I'm afraid. Really want to play Command & Conquer games but the ones that are free aren't to my liking...so I let them zombies eat my brains once in a while!
  9. Thank you my dear. It's been almost 7 years since we first became friends...now you're like a virtual sister to me! Wish I could have a lovely day on my special day, but unseen danger is keeping all the fun away...sigh!
  10. Hahaha...no more red alert is almost like no more slot games! No, my dear, I'm still playing it every day and night, trying out new strategies, and keeping me away from slots as much as possible. When I'm bored, I would play Plants vs Zombies for a change (another madly addictive game).
  11. That's one 'cobra' saved from possible extinction!!! (Note: it's supposed to read without the word casino...auto glitch!)
  12. The original uses potato...the other uses tapioca, or some other substitute...but both are chips! Same with Direx and Dama.
  13. Thank you, thank you, Guru-san! Like the saying goes...once an Afi, always an Afi....or something like that.
  14. I just had an issue with another Dama casino (see Chit Chat), now Fiekie is having one with Cobra Casino...and wondering which Dama casino would pop up next?!
  15. Aaaah...and thank you to you too mate! Good health and happiness...is all I need...don't have my ChonkyCat equivalent anymore, but no matter.
  16. Rule 85 in the casino's T&C: If necessary, Betting company may require additional proofs of identity at all times, regardless of that the Client has passed the primary account verification. The list of additional documents includes (but is not limited to): a digital photo of the Client with a passport, driving license, birth certificate, international passport, utility bill, bank statement for the account / card, etc. The Client can provide these documents by sending an email to [email protected]. The timing of the verification of the game account is set individually for each game account. So, Ivsan, have you since submitted the additional supporting documents to the casino? If you haven't, shouldn't you do that now, then see what happens after that?
  17. Not surprising that she still plays bingo, but does she shouts out BINGO whenever she wins?
  18. Aaaah...thank you for the info mate...and I appreciate the birthday wish too, especially! As for the bonus, I don't regret not getting it...and I certainly do not regret closing my account on the spot either! DAMA casinos still have many things to pick up quickly.
  19. Today, I have just closed my account at iLUCKI Casino...the 1st closure of a DAMA NV casino account for me! I had attached my ID photo to the live chat host to claim my birthday bonus, as stated in the email I had received. Nope, not accepted. She wanted it to be uploaded into my account. Okay, fair enough, so I did that...I uploaded my ID (front and back) documents into my account. She told me they don't accept scanned copies of ID documents. Whaaat??? I had uploaded photos of my ID, NOT scanned copies! Can't they even see the difference between photos and scanned copies? Then she asked me to take photos of my ID again, using another background...and I replied FORGET IT!!! I closed the chat window with her, opened a new window with a guy, and he got my account closed upon my request. Well, some casinos can be tricky, some can be dubious...but if they cannot know a photo from a scan copy, I'm not staying with them, period!
  20. Mate, you missed the important points...Skrill was mentioned as not eligible for any promotions at the casino, and Fiekie did used the bonus code.
  21. Oh geees...here we go again! There has been quite a number of similar topics here in this forum, all accusing Askgamblers of not being fair to gamblers, or taking the casino's side instead, thereby rejecting their complaints. Jazgurl, you're also doing the same thing here, without giving any details or proofs of your allegations. I won't say straight out that you may be right or wrong, simply because I do not know all the facts and details, but have you considered that your complaints may have been rejected due to not complying to requirements, or due to insufficient/inconclusive documentations?
  22. What is written in the Cashback terms on their website? Perhaps it is stated there (sorry, but I'm not in the mood to check it out myself! ) There has been MANY misleading promos via emails, and this is yet one more of them! Nowadays, I would check the terms at their website first before taking the promos at face values. Yeah, I've been fooled several times before as well!
