@Justplain First of all, if you see the casino review here (casino review section), Casoola (operated by Genesis) has been blacklisted by Askgamblers and has been very uncooperative to customers issues. In your current case, can you elaborate a bit more of what game/s you had played, any bonus taken, placed bets on, the amount won, and the withdrawal amount made? Since you've submitted all your documents for approval, I can assume that your account is a new one and not yet verified. Also, there are several other casinos out there that use delaying tactics on withdrawals, dragging the approval for months, or even cancelling them suddenly, without giving proper reasons to the customers. These are very bad casinos to play at and should be avoided in the future.
