      Johnny I feel for you I really do - if you have won that money fair and square there is nothing more frustrating than not being able to cash out, but unfortunately casinos are bound by their terms and conditions - and I am first to hold my hands up and say I don't always read these - so when a problem occurs and I know I haven't read the terms I have to only blame myself. Our guru will tell you how many times he has heard me say - I haven't read the terms - but its my fault not the casinos. Will BGO not let you deposit with a card so then that will become a verified payment method? I know its a long shot but surely worth a try.

      Really Johnny! Your really telling me to keep my biased opinion away from this thread?!! Please don't make me laugh! My loyalty to casinos and ask gamblers means I am free to share my opinion in whichever thread I like - as are you! How can you say I am biased? What you think I haven't lost in casinos? You think I haven't lost money? Well your wrong because I have - the difference between you and me is I know how gambling works - I am prepared to loose a deposit! When I make the decision to deposit my hard earned money into a casino - I AM PREPARED TO LOOSE IT. Obviously I don't want to loose it but if you can't accept that you may loose it then you shouldn't deposit in the first place - I can't understand why people would be prepared to gamble if they are not prepared to loose. My opinion is NOT biased at all - and I don't always stick up for a casino. There have been plenty of occasions where my game play has caused some kind of problem where I have had to question the casino - even open a complaint of Ask Gamblers and all it takes is a bit of perseverance and patients - and problems will get resolved. Every business makes mistakes no one is perfect (well apart from me) so please do not say my opinion is biased. All I am saying is your story would be a lot different if you had won and I just feel that maybe gambling isn't for you!

      Well I base my not liking them down to the fact I had a bad experience with their Live Help team. It was ages ago, I mean more than a year ago and my conversation with them was dealt with no professionalism at all. I never say I don't like a casino because I haven't won there (I say it for slots though haha) I do have to have a reason not to like something because in real life I'm exactly the same - which is why I can be a nightmare - I like everything meaning I want EVERYTHING - which is why Valleys never has any money. Anyway I'm going slightly off the topic here, my point is I did have a bad customer support experience with red flush casino and as good customer support is one of my top 3 important things I look for in a casino this caused major issues in me liking the casino as a whole!
