  4. I'm not sure I understand what you mean? So your saying when your winning you stop playing for a while? Going back a year or two when my withdrawals were coming thick and fast I'd say I definitely played more when I was winning. If I had the funds available I'd play constantly all day every day to try and win more. If I was loosing I'd play less as I had less money to deposit with.

  6. Yes I do, I just don't agree that the casino should use such a story to attract players. Don't they have any genuine stories to use! I tell you something if I was this player I'd be furious that they published my story knowing there was only $150 of that win sitting in my bank!
  7. Yeah but what I mean is - Why is the casino even writing this story when the player wasn't even able to withdraw even a fraction of his winnings. It's false advertising really. Enticing a player into thinking they too could win thousands from a free bonus when in fact its complete bull! Yep they can win it, but they can't keep it!
  8. Ahhh okay, thanks for explaining it in the way you have! So it seems these kind of slots are a nightmare for casinos? I totally agree with what Valdes has said, more casinos need to be explaining things like you do, but takes me back to what Valdes says and I again totally agree with him, does the casino want the player to not understand the bonus rules thus resulting in a win win situation for themselves! Who knows! But anyway I'm glad I understand this term now, I very rarely play any of the games you mentioned anyway. And even when I did play them I never would have thought about what you said, let alone do it!

  16. Hello boooblik I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with JoyCasino. First, I've deleted your other thread in relation to this matter due to duplicate content. When you say you have submitted a complaint do you mean with us or with the casino? We can't really discuss the matter in the forum when there is an open complaint. The best step now is to be patient and await the outcome. I hope it goes in your favour.

First of all Skrill claimed they could not accept my utility bill so I resent this and was again told the case had been escalated to a senior team and will be contacted within 24-48 hours. The next email which is actually LAUGHABLE - claims they did not receive the first page of the dispute form. Again laughable since both pages one and two were sent in the same email. Yet another stalling tactic. Again my case has been referred to a more senior team and now I should expect a response in a timely manner! I will contacting their governing body if I do not get a response this week.
