      Just going back to the subject of Leo Vegas this morning....Yesterday before I deposited I asked live chat if there was a bonus for me. The checked and came back said no there isn't which I was disappointed really considering I hadn't received a bonus in a while there. Anyway deposited without a bonus, only to catch up with me emails this morning from yesterday to see actually I was offered a 50% bonus if I made a deposit by the end of yesterday!! Leo Vegas what's going on? There was a time when I couldn't fault your casino and now two mistakes in one game session!! I think all thats left to say on this matter is TUT TUT

      Well guys it's been a great day today, lots going on and I've been playing Dracula for the last hour and that guy on the side of the screen SERIOUSLY freaks me out! You know when he comes out to the screen it puts the shi*ts right up me, I really try hard not to look at him. Not sure I'll even get to sleep tonight, will be keeping one eye open that's for sure! And maybe I won't play it late at night again!

      I have to say gav I live in the UK and I can't see how it is possible for a card to be active when the bank account isn't, in fact I'm pretty sure it is impossible! So as Valdes said the payment will not go through to the card and will be returned to the casino so I wouldn't worry I am sure you'll have another option to withdraw very soon! Like for example I withdrew once via bank transfer but entered the wrong BIC number the payment failed to go through and was returned to the casino, I was then able to enter the correct details!

      Okay, so I have been to live chat and I wont paste the conversation here, but basically the reels hadn't stopped when I had taken the screenshot so looks like those other 2 harps were never actually destined for me anyway!!!! :bad:

      Hi Gav and welcome to AskGamblers! I too am from the United Kingdom Yippee!!! I have to say though I'm slightly confused with your question there! What do you mean your card isn't linked to your bank anymore? Is it a MasterCard? Do you mean you chose to withdraw to a card you no longer have?

For sure it was going to be a huge win, I've had for harps before and won over £500, I guess this time they just didn't want me to win it! I really don't see the point in me going to live chat, having to go through the hassle of first explaining it all, then sending the screenshot only to tell me there's nothing they can do! Okay, so I will start off by setting a challenge for someone to complete.       Okay, so I'm spinning as normal on Jack and the Beanstalk at Leo Vegas Casino when I get free spins! I manage to unlock the Harps with 3 spins left too. Two harps come in on the reels 1 and 3 and one spin goes by when my all of a sudden my heart races as I see another two harps come in on reels 2 and 4. Then all of a sudden I get a message saying GAME NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. When I knock the game back on my free spins are there waiting for me but it shows different symbols on reels 2 and 4 NO HARPS! I captured a screenshot of the error page and the harps landing on the reels but didn't take it when I went back on the game. The thing is I dont know if the reels had stopped when the error message came on. I thought they had but the second I seen the other harps come in the error message appeared straight away it all happened in a split second. But I expected the harps to be there when I went back into the game! I don't know, do you think I should have a word with live chat or just let it go? If the harps had come in I know I was guaranteed a few hundred quid especially with the the purple symbol appearing there on reel 5! Here is the screenshot, let me know what you think!

      Thanks for replying Faz. I did actually try this, I asked if it was possible to have live chat in English. They replied in Czech Then they gave me an email address. So I asked again and got the same reply in Czech If I can get English live chat I'll reconsider but im already seriously put off this casino so their live chat would have to be exceptional for me now to deposit there!
