      Surname filter?????/ How can that be millions of people share the same surnames! This is just me personal opinion but if a casino accused me of submitting fake documents I'd say 'bye bye see ya later!' and just go elsewhere!

      Yep I'm afraid to say it but I think in this case you may be fighting a losing battle! If this was a reputable casino you were playing I highly doubt that such action would have been taken against you! In future remember to always put your full and correct details!

      Hello Nicole1983 and welcome to our forum, Before I say my piece I just want to make it clear that I am in NO WAY agreeing with what your saying with games being manipulated. But every time I had had a stab at blackjack I've never had any success it does seem like sometimes its impossible to win. Which is why for this reason I simply don't play it. And my question to you is why do you keep playing it if your views on this are so strong? You've already had some great advise to change to slots, have you give them a go yet?

      I on the other hand hardly ever check what complaints have been registered at a casino only because what one person complains about might not be what I complain about so I try not to read too much into it. Since I'm only playing at NetEnt and MG casinos though this is probably the main reason why I don't check such complaints. If I was playing at Rival, RTG, Topgame etc I expect I would be checking complaints for every casino I play in!

      Well yes you would think so, isn't that just one of the reasons why they have such numbers?? To track things like this. I can't see why the bonus round would be lost! Have you had a reply back yet?

      It's not that I don't like the Japanese theme, I'm just not someone that is into themes. I really don't take much notice of them, all I'm concerned about is whether or not I win!
