As the girls suggested I'd strongly advise you to try out some casinos with no deposit bonuses first, don't jump straight into depositing your own money until your absolutely sure it's what you want to do.       I personally don't like these kind of loyalty points it always seems forever to earn just the smallest number of points. I guess such programs are perfect for high betters and big money spenders. I believe Johnny uses the comp points loyalty program at his casinos to his advantage.

      I'm pretty sure that most, if not all of our members here will agree with you. In a perfect world there'd be no reversal times at all but I still think we are a very long way off that happening in every casino. However there are lots of casinos now where the reversal time is down to 2-4 hours if you struggle with reversals and are able to play at such casinos then I strongly recommend you do.

      Don't you have an army passport when you travel? If not maybe they'll accept some other ID that you have? After all not everyone has passports surely they accomodate for these people. On saying that I remember when my partner was trying to verify his Neteller account a few years ago, he doesn't have a valid passport anymore and they wouldn't accept his other ID even though he told them he doesn't own a passport! They were till persistent that he send in a copy of his passport!!!!!

      A similar thing happened to me once although for the life of me I cannot remember the casino. I had just over £10 left in my account I opened up a game (Again I can't remember which game but it was from the Tain software) I didn't realise the bet was set to max, I spun and it took £10. My last £10. I contacted support straight away not expecting to have anything back but thought I'd try and they kindly refunded me the full bet of £10. I guess it's down to casino discretion. @Lilian - Have you asked them to reconsider their decision?

      I used to really enjoy GoWild Casino myself actually even though their withdrawals took slightly longer than I'd like I enjoyed the casino nonetheless can't play there anymore though.

      @Princess When I was using a flash browser on my iPad my account would get locked every time due to my ip address showing I was playing from the United States. I stopped using it in the end too much hassle. Are you playing from a mobile device?

      A lot of the features I doubt I'll ever use but only because I'm not the kind of player to check my statistics, but that aside I'm really impressed at what they have done with site. I too may check these just for fun though, just to see what they are like I guess.

      In an ideal world this would have worked great but I guess we don't live in an ideal world yet. However harsh it may sound it is a matter of not checking the bonus terms on this occassion. However I am very sorry that you've had to lose all that money and all I can offer as a condolence is the best of luck in your future gameplay, and remember to check the bonus terms before you play.
