      @Afi - Regarding the Personal Messenger Shortcut, I'm afraid we don't have one at the moment but we will be adding new features in the future so I expect this will be one of them. The easiest way I have found to access your personal messages is to 1. Hover over the notifications bell in the top right of your screen 2. Find the notification where you have received a message and click it which will take you to the message OR - As Helena mentioned earlier.
