      You really need to check with live chat / email support how much you have wagered so far if you have no idea I suggest you check this first because you may have already completed wagering. How long have you been playing with the free money and what kind of bets have you been playing with?

      Danny, please can you not create any more threads on this topic. All other have been deleted. Now WAGERING - This means you need to play-through a certain amount. As Leo already mentioned in your case you will need to play-through £1200 before you can withdraw. This means lets say for example you were placing £1 bets, 10 spins @ £1 per spin would mean you wagered £10. 100 Spins @ £1 a spin = £100 wagered. 10 Spins @ 20p a spin = £2 wagered Make sense?

      You'll need to ask support how much you have wagered. I'm afraid there's no way we can give you that answer here. If you have wagered the full amount required you will be able to withdraw but it's highly unlikely you'll get to withdraw the full £350 since you were playing with a free bonus, As Awena mentioned you can check the terms and conditions for the maximum withdrawal limits.

      5 years and you never knew there was a max bet rule when playing with a bonus? The terms associated with most bonuses these days will always state a max bet rule.

      When you say the customer never accepted the bonus terms what exactly do you mean by this? If when taking a bonus you have to first accept it's terms then you can't have the bonus until you accept them. Or if the bonus was automatic with your deposit, the player would have known that that bonus comes with terms. So by playing the bonus he accepts the terms. So my opinion on this, from the facts you have given is that the player doesn't really stand a chance. Regardless of whether or not you are playing on your phone or your desktop we all know when playing with a bonus it has terms attached. Oh and welcome to the forum by the way!

      Correct it does say players from The Netherlands are restricted so you should not have been able to play and if you had won you certainly wouldn't have got your withdrawal. I expect you would have had your deposit refunded, Have you checked the casinos terms and conditions it may be that they now accept players from The Netherlands since we added the casino. If this is the casino let me know so I can get our country list updated, If I was you I'd raise the situation with the casino and if your country is restricted ask for a refund on your deposit.
