  1. Absolutely Afi and once again you answered perfectly! This is what shocked me the most about Skrill that they don't have insurance in force for fraudulent cases. Where money is concerned of course there will always be a risk of hackers, a company just has grown to be as big as Skrill really should have better measures in place. In my opinion.

  5. Your story horrifies me, I only had £150 taken and cried, a few thousand would literally break me! And Skrill did not keep me informed at all I had to do all the chasing and keep on at them, I was told the same thing every time I spoke to them. It's being looked at blah, blah, blah. Their excuse for only getting me back £40 is a joke and it just proves to me that they really don't have the facility to deal with fraud cases. And even though Afi I trust your word 100% I can never put my trust in Neteller either, I simply can't take that risk which is why I am now no long an e-wallet user! Shame, but the harsh reality of it is my money is much safer in other places. If it means I have to wait a day or two to receive my withdrawals then so be it.
  6. Hello alkaka and welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear you've had the same problem as me. I received a partial refund and for the rest of the money that was stolen they told me the exact same thing. The money has already left their system. The fact that they can't issue a refund for stolen funds shows that they don't care and also shows they have no procedures in cover fraud cases. So this will continue to happen to people an they basically don't care! Hence the reason I'll never ever use their awful services again.

Stories like yours and what happened with my Skrill account is just proof that I'm making the right decision in not ever using either of these companies again. 7 months to get you're money back is a complete joke, it's great you got it back but any company that takes this long really doesn't deserve my custom.

  16. Hello Shan I believe you have already been given great advice from Afi. What I would suggest is that you ask for a final answer as to what exactly has happened with your withdrawal. Has it been processed and just not received or it it waiting for approval. Ask live chat what they are currently doing to resolve the problem and wait for a timescale. If however you are not happy with the outcome you can of course Submit a Complaint.
  17. Hello Isildurr900 and welcome to the forum, Unfortunately this particular brand has been having a lot of problems but they have been working hard to reslove their issues. Your case in particular seems a bit odd. I don't see how your account can be verified one moment and then unverified and your account blocked. There is definitely more to this case and seen as though you're not getting any luck with your emails my advice would be to Submit a Complaint. Please remember to include as much information as you can about the issue the complaint along quicker. If you need anything let me know.

I'm not sure about other payment methods and it's been a while since I withdrew there so this should be checked really before adding to the list. Can I also check VideoSlots - by instant you mean you receive the money straight away no waiting at all? It's been a few months since my last withdrawal there so if this is the case, things have changed! Shame I don't use e-wallets anymore. I can kiss goodbye to any instant withdrawals.
