  5. First of all congrats on your winnings. I've now received mine but the first time I requested it ot was declined since I choose the wrong payment method. Is the card your withdrawing too still valid? It hasn't expired? Do you have a different card you could use? This is what I done I deposited £10 on my new card and then withdrew my winnings back to my card.

  12. I gathered that's the word you was using. I personally still don't get the branding and I don't think this casino will ever be for me. We've certainly moved on from the dark ages where this would be a taboo subject and for me this casino is portraying the wrong message. You are right of course Blondie, it's quality that matters and I never thought me of all people would be put off a casino because of its name or branding, but I guess on this occassion it's just not for me.
  13. I've really had to dig deep for this one - It's my biggest ever win on Space Wars which I had completely forgotten about. It's also my biggest win of an accidental bet - I was playing at coin 0.02 deonimination and I didn't even notice until this beauty came in and my balance shot up! Sorry for the poor quality this screenshot goes back about 3-4 years!

  20. Agreed and I've said this right from the get go that the wagering limit is set too high. When the battles were first launched it was the first I proposed to the rep that maybe they should look at lowering the wagering, but I guess it's fallen on deaf ears for now. Hopefully it's something they'll look at improving in the future though.
  21. Support here are able to answer questions and are really friendly however you've hit the nail on the head in regards to the time it takes to get through to them! It's rather annoying actually, they really need to take on more support agents to cut down the waiting times. Anyways - up date on this withdrawal, it was declined. They couldn't do the bank transfer to players in the UK and since my old card had expired I had to make a deposit to have an updated payment method. I've done this now and re-requested my withdrawal. My account is also verified from before I checked so no need to send in docs.
  22. I have just come across TOM's Casino who claim they are the "Only ***** casino in the world" I have to say I do not like this branding. Just because there's pictures of half naked men instead of half naked women why does it have to be a "***** casino"! Why can't it just be a casino that is easy on the eye for women! I really don't know why they have branded themselves like this. Also why are the men cartoon men, animated and not real life men as opposed to other casinos that advertise with women. Don't get me wrong this makes absolutely no difference to me I certainly don't play at any casino just for their advertising stunts but it just seems to me that this casino have got it all wrong. Just my opinion of course but I'm really interested to hear what you all think of this one.
  23. Yep, I'm happy with the amount because it's from free spins and with my other withdrawal at a different casino it will sit nicely in my account until the kids birthday and xmas. I have actually made the withdrawal now - still waiting to hold of live chat though. I'll keep you guys posted about withdrawal. It has been a very long time since I played at BGO can't even remember if I have ever withdrawn so it's possible I'll need to verify.
