I'm so shocked that this is a Microgaming casino it just goes to show that these days you have to be so careful. I'm a player myself that is rather careless, when I see providers like NerEnt, MG I'll automatically assume the casino is safe - How wrong was I! I didn't need to look at the casino terms to identify the problem as I knew from what you wrote what's happened but I've grabbed a screenshot for you anyway You've broken the max bet rule. Check your game history for the time stamp they have given and this amount is over the max bet that they allow when playing with a bonus. I'm afraid on this occasion as you have breached their terms, however harsh it is there's not much you can do about it but learn from the experience.

      Riaan, It is such an expensive lesson learned but the great thing is there are so many good casinos that out there that do pay, so as long as this experience hasn't put you off I'm sure you'll get to win again sometime.

      I played yet quite a few times and withdrew with no problems from what I can remember, this of course was before they restricted UK players! Good luck with your complaint.

      We've had similar topics in the past and most of mine have already been mentioned although I don't think Reel Rush has been mentioned yet! Do you play this Raver? It smashes the wagering and if you've got a big balance you really can afford to play this game. £1 a spin and you'll fly through it. But obviously be prepared to lose too this game has always been very temperamental for me!

Secondly my immediate response after reading your post was Wait! What? You actually received this email from someone at the casino? Then I actually looked at the casino and couldn't believe my eyes when I seen it was a Microgaming casino too! So tell us where exactly are you with the withdrawal right now?
