      Hi everyone, I just wondered what rules you have in place for wagering requirements. What I mean by this is what's the maximum wagering requirement you're prepared to accept when taking a bonus? Back in my early days of gambling I never used to care what the amount was I'd take anything, now I'm far more fussy. Being offered a bonus with a 60x wagering requirement for example is a no-no for me now, I just don't have the time any more to sit and try and meet these kind of requirements. I'm also VERY reluctant these days to accept wagers that require both bonus + deposit to be wagered. Out of interest do any of you have any limits like this or do you just take anything?

      Yep I remember you writing about the promo last year and I'm sure Afi wrote something similar to his reply then too (For once my memory hasn't failed me) The thing is with these kind of promos is you'll never get any proof of whether or not any player ever benefited from them its always your word against the casino and the casino will always tell you their promos are fair - its a losing battle. You didn't have to deposit did you?

      Hi JakeYellow What you've just told us, IMO is absolutely ridiculous and this casino sounds like a complete nightmare! I am a player who only ever places minimum bets, occasionally increasing when I have the opportunity to maybe £1 bets, £2 bets if my balance is impressive and I'm feeling brave and let me tell you have never, NEVER, been accused of bonus abuse. On saying that mind I've never made a £5000+ withdrawal either. However I am fully aware of this bonus term and the fact that casinos can use it to not pay winnings, it's ridiculous and there's nothing you can do because it's in their terms. There's no way you'll get your winnings from this casino, I know it's tough to accept. Other members may have a different opinion to me but that's mine. I'd steer well clear of a casino that simply doesn't like to pay. And the fact that they ban you forever as it says in that email is even more ridiculous, like you'd ever want to play there again anyway Sorry, wish I could give you better news. Even if we did have this casino a complaint wouldn't resolve this issue and it already seems their decision is final.

      Hi TouchDownBen I'm afraid we've had many members report about problems with Bovado Casino, sorry to hear about your bad experience I wish I could tell you a complaint may help but it won't in this case. My best advice, as you've already said yourself, is to move on to a more reputable casino where withdrawals won't cause any hassle.
